Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness is here

Hope everyone is doing well.

I haven't weighed this morning - was a little bit distracted by a phone call from my lovely SIL in Australia, to announce the safe arrival of Gabriel Paul and Nell Florence Jean! Gabriel weighed 5lbs 2oz and Nell 4lbs 10oz, so good weights to say they are 3 weeks early.

So I'm a great aunty Grin

it's funny because when i was bigger i thought i would just be happy to be the weight i am now, but i'm still spotting things i'd like to improve!

I would put today's weight in, and then next Monday's.

All clear on the exercise front Grin

Well there was lots of talking today so intensity was low, however from start to finish it was a 5hr session (incl. talking). Should have talked less and trained more but some would say 5hrs is too much. Intensity was just very low due to it being twiddly technique stuff rather then speed and power. vague was simpler to understand Wink. Could happily have done another couple of hours though. Looking forward to next training session tbh. Got stuff to fix/practise and get right. mind you looking forward to power work at end of week too.

In that case sts weight wise.

you chatty mob!

I have briefly fallen off the wagon with giant aplomb, but as yesterday was my 'honeymoon' (as DH and I didn't ever really have one) I care not Grin

We stayed here and good heavens, it was fabulous.

I now need a week of seeeerious bootcamp to get back on it.

Well done all the losers, STS-ers and the sticking-at-it-despite-a-gain-ers

and BIWI congratulations, how wonderful. Twins are such joy.

Sits next to toomuch on the 'never putting pics up' up bench. Bunch up love I have an arse here.

Newstart, you pick the lightest weight from all week and post that. Grin

D: Bolognese and buttery leeks. And after a stressy day a large glass of red.

Hurrah hurrah! Back down to 15 stone 13!

Well done everyone, I am enjoying nosing through the pictures! You do realise though that I have a little giggle as I am nearly twice the weight of some of you and would be thrilled to be anything like some of your before pictures. You are all gorgeous IMO... Panic not there will be no pictures of me anytime soon!

I have been hungry today but it's my own fault as I am stressed in work atm so didn't get around to lunch as the rep brought trays of sandwiches, crisps, cakes, etc. I nibbled a couple of bits of tikka chicken but didn't really fancy it then had a few almonds when got home. I'd had a good breakfast though so that kept me going I guess.

Tea was chicken thighs, oven roast veg and a small scoop of strawberry frozen yoghurt (made with Alpro and a few berries in the ice cream maker)

caramelwaffle · 20/11/2012 20:27

Well done MrsHP

Good luck Dosh

I'll put pictures up but from now...and again next June (that's my goal weight deadline)

Good luck with the meeting tomorrow doshu; and hope your week gets better Viper.

Breakfast - 2 egg omellette, fried in butter, with a dash of cream
Lunch - half big packet of salted peanuts (I know, shouldn't have bought them, reduced in Lidl) celery and blue cheese, salad with mayo and salami
Dinner - salmon with salad, homemade coleslaw, greek yog, coffee with cream.

Incidentally Viper - did the alpro yog turn into ice cream ok? Cos alpro is soya, not yog, I just wondered if it worked same as yoghurt.

Had two teaspoons of peanut butter for my pudding. God I love that stuff.

I'm a bit worried that posting the photos may seem insensitive. Apologies if it is.

It's lovely that some are reaching their targets, but I'm also mindful that there are many who still have some way to go, and I would hate for you to feel disheartened by it.

Hi everybody
I am still here, not much loss though as got carried away after my dress shopping.
I was hoping to fit comfortably in size 10. The one I found and liked in 10 - a bit loose on me, now some cavities need to be filled up. Or to take it for fitting.
So I stopped counting how many squares of choc I have had - the result is the weight stalled (phew, I thought I will be back to square one).
Anyway, settled on the dress ( arelief, gosh I HATE dress shopping, am I "special")

Alpro seemed to work ok captainmummy. It is not as smooth as the ice cream I made from double cream but both of them are either a bit mushy or rock hard! Mind you I am an absolute beginner so it may be me!

Most of the frozen yoghurt recipes seem to have either condensed milk or some whipped cream added so I might try it with Total and cream next time although I am trying not to get in the habit of puddings or I might undermine myself.

Thanks for the kind thoughts re work, we are just going through a lot of changes in the team and our working practice at the moment which is always stressful.
