Back from the first of my nights out and can't sleep so thought I would update on the damage now... Since lunchtime I've had:
Cappuccino (full fat milk)
Smoked chicken salad - poncey gastropub so a few strips on a slate, water.
Snack of ham and cheese that I brought along
Second snack very late of sunflower and pumpkin seeds (only thing I could find on way back that remotely resembled passable option), water.
Just had some cucumber, a couple of strawberries, and chamomile tea
No
though, in my defence. God I hate the pmt/period munchies. For 2/3 days I just never feel full, and just want to keep eating constantly. Bloody hormones.
