New thread for those of us who need a little kick every now and again. Remind me of your reasons for doing this again? I need to be a healthy weight for possibly the first time in my adult life.
We all have blips. Days, sometimes even weeks off. And the scales stay the same or even go up. But long term, you should be losing weight and learning new habits to maintain. Think of it like house prices - they fluctuate and go down as well as up (apparently they do go up!). But over a long period of time you're unlikely to regret buying a house.
welcome yoghurt :) you'll find all the support and virtual kicks up the bum you need here.

Hello all :) I have been having a bit of a rough time recently and haven't been sticking to my diet at all! But, hopefully I am back on form and super motivated to get back to my pre-baby weight before my toddler turns 18!

So, start weight 13st 7lb
Current weight 11st 10lb
Target weight 10st 2lb

Loss so far 25lb woo hoo :)

I can't take a look at the Google Doc as work computer won't let me :( If someone would be so kind as to add me that would be great!

Great typos bonkey Grin

There's an edit button at the side, click it (for a currently empty row) and a text box pops up. Add name and click "submit"

Morning everyone, just taken a look at our lovely sparkly Google doc - thanks Bonkey!

I did zumba last night for the first time. Oh.My.God it was fast and hard, but I absolutely loved it! Was sweating like a pig afterwards but felt so good. Am feeling a bit achy today and think it might be worse tomorrow, but I am definitely carrying on with that.
And on a good note I have lost another lb so have now lost 21lb in total, but that is unofficial until next Monday!

Weigh in: - 10 12 1/4. Put on 1 and 1/4. haven't done weigh-in for many weeks. Now I know why I haven't wanted to! So, my partying, holiday food bingeing etc have finally caught up with me.
Lard, please don't feel bad. Remember some of us are 'vertically challenged' Wink I, myself am not even 5' 2''.
Walking to school today. I can do that am and pm, 4 days a week, if the weather is nice. One day I need to drive, to get d2 to a pre-school further away, and then back to work, but I'm sure if i did walk on the days it wasn't chucking it down with rain, it would make a big difference to my weight loss.

Morning, I need to grab the minute bit of motivation I feel this morning.

I have an appointment at 9:30 this morning and then I am going to force myself to go for a bike ride today.
I also could do with some refresher ideas of lunches without bread, I need to cut it out if I am going to lose another 2 stone before Christmas.

I've added myself to the doc but I can't bookmark it on the iPad.

Sorry guys, I've been anal and added borders!!

I've got a 40 min walk then a 75 min walk planned today..sadly it would actually be 20 and 45 min walk if I didnt have ds with me so will be going so slow I dont think I can count it!

Mrs Pnut, are your lunches for at work or home?

Report
marriedinwhite · 11/09/2012 07:55

I added myself. Don't know if it saved though. All a bit techie for me.

Thank you bonkey. My dh doesn't think i need to lose weight but its how i feel that matters and for me my start weight was chubby. Rubbing thighs can be so uncomfortable!

Morning all. Mars this thread is for everyone who wants to lose some weight. You are welcome here.

Hope everyone has a good day spurred on by our new spreadsheet. Thankyou to those who did it.

It's ds2's first day of pre-school nursery today. He's going full time so it's like his first day of school. He looks very sweet in his new jumper but I am really going to miss him. :(

At home for now. I get bored with omelettes quickly and don't always have any leftovers from the night before.
