New thread for those of us who need a little kick every now and again. Remind me of your reasons for doing this again? I need to be a healthy weight for possibly the first time in my adult life.
We all have blips. Days, sometimes even weeks off. And the scales stay the same or even go up. But long term, you should be losing weight and learning new habits to maintain. Think of it like house prices - they fluctuate and go down as well as up (apparently they do go up!). But over a long period of time you're unlikely to regret buying a house.
welcome yoghurt :) you'll find all the support and virtual kicks up the bum you need here.

Well that's not very motivational! I'm living up to my name by being mahoosive compared to everyone else. Hey ho only a week in and I am after all tall, "big boned" etc etc Blush

Starting weight 126, now 123. (Im rather short and of small build)

2 lost this week although its the second time I've lost one of them!

Lard. Sorry! I really do have a very small build! So at the moment have a double chin and cellulite arms, thighs that rub together etc despite only weighing what i do. Its a bit weird. I think Im one of those people who don't look what they weigh.

Although saying that my scales are crap and last time i went ww their scales put my weight at half a stone heavier than mine so its probably not accurate. But only having crap scales Im going by what they tell me as a guide.

Hope you lot don't mind my being here!
