Yes to Try Hard Thursday. I've only just joined this thread but it's really motivated me and today I've been to play badminton and jogged a mile. Had a lovely spaghetti bolognaise for dinner (small portion with wholewheat spaghetti & lots of salad). I feel great after the exercise Smile

It's a much better feeling than when I've picked at rubbish all day and not exercised for ages. Do it tomorrow girls, you will feel fab!

Ok, confession time, today I have had :
-Cheerios and milk
-Shop bought chicken sandwiches
-Crisps
-2 ginger biscuits

  • 3/4 of a packet of Quirks biscuits, don't even like them that much Confused
-Chips, 3 sausages, and 2 slices of bread and butter for tea -A kitkat -A packet of fruit pastels

Now I have written it down it looks shocking Blush .

Just had a quick weigh in, I've miraculously not gained considering yesterday and mon were similar days its amazing . I am so close to getting to the 11's, I will not risk gaining again!
Plus, I have a headache (probably from the sugar) and a stomach ache from the amount of food I have eaten :(

I am going to get back on it tomorrow!

OK, I confess - I had some jelly and ice cream this evening and haven't told MFP cos I know I'm over

Gym tomorrow, Friday and Sunday should help though :)

Been feeling really stressed with this uni thing, but the lovely students I'm working with have told me to have tomorrow off, they'll edit, and I can just go and grab a backup on Friday afternoon :)

Been DYING to go to the gym since Monday, 2 days I've planned to go and not been able to because of this project :(

Every day is a new day. Even the longest journey starts with the first steps. Just start fresh tomorrow.

AFM - well, i did my first 60 min Zumba class tonight. I ache mildly in each and every bit of my body. But i'm proud of myself, and may even do the Monday class as well as the Wednesday one next week.

Can i ask what people put Zumba under on MFP? I chose the 'aerobic, dance, modern, ballet' option. It said an hour of that is 400 and something calories.

I might get on the scales tomorrow

Today has been pants - work was crap, got drenched in torrential rain and ate loads. Gah. Am currently stagnating around 12 stone 2/12 stone 3.

TheLightPassenger (great name btw, we shall ALL be light passengers eventually!) I had that for a couple of weeks, stuck at 12 stone 13/13 stone. Hopefully I've cracked it now. For me, it usually means something diet or exercise wise needs to change, could it be the same for you?

Today will be a good day, I have miles to walk, renewing library books, picking up an ornament that's been glazed, collecting DS and DHs prescriptions. The only risk is that I'll run out of time to eat, and end up grabbing any old rubbish on the go. Planning is the key, I will come home for lunch.

I am going out for lunch with my manager today so will try and stick to soup or salad and tonight I am planning to cook anchovie and spinach salad. I was lighter this morning than yesterday so seem to have struck a balance I hope?

Morning all. Still nothing of interest to report. I ate half my meal last night (thai prawns and rice) not because i am eatig half portions, but because I was tired and got full very quickly. Mind you, had amazing lunch of ciabatta bread, smoked salmon and garlic mayonnaise so that is not as imprssive as it sounds.

I am still giving mysel a week off, and am sure I am putting on weight, but am ignoring it. Might try MFP though- it sounds as though it is really useful.

Well, this week for me has been the most well behaved since the beginning of all these threads, and I have lots and lots of walking today too, I've had my mid week weigh in and its saying 11.9...which is too good to be true ands surely its not possible to lose 3lb in 3 days.

What a crap day yesterday for everyone, DO NOT LET THIS SHAPE YOUR WEEK. You have slept on it, today is a new day and you can get over it, try hard Thursday, that means not giving up and going for it, good luck!

stealth and bonkey hope you are starting afresh today. You were both so kind to me when I first came on here, and so I'm going to give you your own advice (in my own words as I can't remember what you said) - yesterday was yesterday but today is a new day - positive thinking and forget about what's done, think only of today and don't give up.

Well, I was so hungry last night after soup again for dinner. DD was up twice in the night and I had to go and get myself some toast as I had tummy ache I was so hungry in the night Sad . She also had 2 extra bfing sessions which always makes me drained (quite literally too Wink ) and so very hungry. So, today I start the day feeling so so hungry - I think it's one of those days I may just have to accept I'll be over my calories but just make good choices with the calories I eat IYKWIM.

Morning everyone, thanks reastie :) I am feeling really down today, not totally sure why but the 3 days of bingeing are not making me feel good. I have got to get back on track today but have no motivation.
Going to go and have coffee and marmite on toast.

I had a chocolate biscuit yesterday & it tasted crap! (also had half my crabbes Wink ) It wasn't brilliant healthy foodwise but not a blow out- we're between food shops & cupboard is bare - I had my chocolate biscuit, 2x pita bread toasted with some cheese & the other half of that 200 calorie chilli with another pita bread.

Another fast today. Milkshake, I weighed myself yesterday & was 93kg down from 95 on Monday Shock think 4lbs in 2 days is unlikely so I'll wait & see what I am on Monday but I'm still losing weight (had to do bra strap up on tighter hook etc).

Agree with what they say ^^ I've had a few crap days in the last few weeks but that's why I like the eating plan, a bad day doesn't matter & all is not lost :)

Morning all! Had a blip yesterday too-the dc wanted eggy bread for lunch and I MAY have eaten most of it...
But it had been a particularly shitty and stressful couple of days, and I made up for it by making a huge pot of ratatouille for dinner and today's lunch.
I'm going to go to our local posh fruit and veg shop later for supplies to keep me motivated.
No sport today as I'm alone with ds2 and i still haven't bought any DVDs...
Tomorrow running and swimming-and I can't wait!!

Today';s going OK. Thought I'd ease myseld in slowly and just try to avoid the bingeing. So I had omellete on toast for breakfast, one piece of chocolate and am about to ahve 3 of the ryvita/houmous/cucumber things :o I can do good denial but not at the moment. I feel really down.

sorry, very self absorbed. I sometimes think when I've had binges I expect to go back to my 900 calorie days. Well maybe that's too high expectations - and I need to ease myself back in. I'd be happy knowing I was just on 1500 for the next few days tbh.
