Ok I have a question. To all those who have noticed a difference in the way their clothes fit, how much did you have to lose before you noticed?

I have lost about 9lbs since the start of the original thread and haven't felt a difference.

I had so much more to post but I've been completely distracted by the Spice Girls. Go Boris Johnson. Shake that booty

BonkeyHasGOLDMollocks · 12/08/2012 22:58

If a certain poster decides to come ove the word to remember is IGNORE and then report!

I doubt they will though but who knows.

TheOne I have lost 10 since I started and have noticed no difference in clothes apart from my stomach doesn't stick out of my tops as much anymore Grin

Oh not just me then. I was starting to wander where I was going wrong.

BonkeyHasGOLDMollocks · 12/08/2012 23:08

I have lost no inches either.
I don't know where its going but it is.

Marking place, full update tomorrow... Frightening stuff!

TheOneWithTheGoldMedals · 12/08/2012 23:13

I haven't measured my inches and I'm very strict about only weighing once a week. It would drive me mad otherwise. :)

TheOneWithTheGoldMedals · 12/08/2012 23:14

Kato I want to know everything in full detail.

You've been a bit cryptic. :)

BonkeyHasGOLDMollocks · 12/08/2012 23:15

Yes I know what you mean. I try and stick to one weigh in a week although have sneakily been having the odd extra one halfway through , whats weird though is the other day I weighed myself at night I was 12.2, then again in the morning and was back to 12.0 .

2lbs in 12 hours?? Confused

Evening all! Can I join?
I need all the motivation I can get!
Second run of C25K tomorrow morning after my nightshift and I am already wobbling...
I am 5'9" and weigh 79kg :(
I weighed 63kg before getting pregnant with DC2 but he was born 19 months ago! I have lost 7kg so far by eating less crap-but nobody has noticed any difference except my DP who eats like a horse and never gains weight...

TheOneWithTheGoldMedals · 12/08/2012 23:18

Hi sagelynodding your name made me Grin.

Bonkey I have heard it tell that we all weigh more in the evening than we do in the morning. I think that's why we all like to weigh in the morning

That's why you should always weigh at the same time of day.

Can I join you? Was on another thread but it seems to have dried up!

Have set my alarm an hour early for an early morning shred session. I've lost two stone since the start of the year but still have another 3 or 4 to get me down to somewhere close to being happy with my weight. Would love to be a 14 by my friends wedding in October. Currently an 18.

StealthPolarBear · 12/08/2012 23:20

Woo hoo hi everyone
Welcome sage
Hope we haven't lost any newbies from the last thread
Kato - tell all!
Well according to MFP I ahve eaten nothing today. It is misguided. Ahem.
Motivational Monday has never been more needed :o (though I did cut my pasta portion size right down tonight - felt very proud, also do not feel utterly stuffed as I uually would after pasta). Also decided I love level 3 shred. Other people said it's easier than L2. In some ways it is and it isn't. It's more demanding, but there aren't as many difficult (in terms of coordination) moves. Much more basic sit ups and push ups. And the last minute of abs which killed me in level 2 is really easy (which makes me think I'm doing it wrong!)

BonkeyHasGOLDMollocks · 12/08/2012 23:22

Yay Stealth! :)
Lollipop and I pm'd everyone probably twice so hopefully they should get here!

Shock chirpchirp, wow that's motivated, you can lead on Motivational Monday I think :o I usually just do it while bellowing at the kids to behave, stop fighting and YES they can have Mickey Mouse clubhouse as soon as I've finished.
(Though they are cute, 5yo duracell bunny DS joins in the cardio moves and has to sit down after 20s, and my 3yo baby helps me do the stretches,, and she's so little and bendy she puts Natalie to shame :o)

BonkeyHasGOLDMollocks · 12/08/2012 23:22

Hi chirp and sage :)

StealthPolarBear · 12/08/2012 23:23

hi Bonkey :o
8020 - there's a barcode scanner?? Why did no one tell me? How does it work? I assume I need an app?

TheOneWithTheGoldMedals · 12/08/2012 23:24

Yay. I'm sure we'll get everyone back. I'm going to pm everyone I remember so sorry if you've had one already. Better to have two than none. :)

fivegomadindorset · 12/08/2012 23:24

I think I am in a parallel universe.

TheOneWithTheGoldMedals · 12/08/2012 23:25

Oops. Cross posts. I won't bother then. Blush

StealthPolarBear · 12/08/2012 23:28

Oh yes thanks bonkey and lv for the Pms. Sorry to be so ungrateful you know its the hunger I'm jut wasting away, my brains not working right...WHAT? oh well it works ib dh, forgot you lot are in the same boat :o

sagelynodding · 12/08/2012 23:29

Hi :)
Do you all use MFP? I had a go but found it a bit complicated
It looks like I have managed to kill the C25K thread, so I hope I don't do the same here!

Can anyone recommend a DVD with no jumping or stamping (sensitive downstairs neighbours)?
