Wow to munchy box.
Welcome demented.
Are we all on track for motivational Monday?
I am feeling awful atm, hate the way I look :(

LollipopViolet · 22/07/2012 20:00

To be fair, it's more a routine thing that I weigh myself in the mornings, I really don't let the fluctuations get me down - I know they happen for various reasons :)

Shock @ Munchy Box - I would once have happily eaten one of those! Actually, if it was offered I probably still would, they look tasty!

Tomorrow's plan - gym in the morning, then I'll probably see my boyfriend for the afternoon, which will invariably include lunch somewhere as I'm always starving after the gym.

Hi demented.

Lollipop if it works for you then brill :)

Important with you there Stealth. I know I have a weight problem but dh decided to point it out today. Not in a bad way but it still was a bit Hmm even though I know he's right :(

Motivational Monday here we come!

BonkeyMollocks · 22/07/2012 20:08

StealthPolarBear · 22/07/2012 20:13

Yea dh has said stuff in the past and its upset ne. It's always sensitive and always about my health rather than looks and he'll phrase it as asking whetwr I want to exercise while he does something with the kids. He also is quick with the compliments when I lose weight and tells me how good I look. I know why he does it - I was killing myself by eating Amd he cares but it still hurts to completely have the self delusion stripped away.

KatoPotato · 22/07/2012 20:18

To be fair my Munchy box was very nicely arranged with a big corner of salad... It was only the small pizza box... My DH opened it and presented it to me like the necklace scene in pretty woman!

I only ate like a third of it, with no bread.. But still My tummy is so stuffed full, I might burst! Still under calorie goal haha!!

BonkeyMollocks · 22/07/2012 20:21

Yep that's it.
As soon as someone else mentions it then its real. You can't pretend there is no problem.

Problem I have is that when something is said I just want to go and raid the fridge ....I need to change that into getting my fat arse into gear not shoving it full of shit!

StealthPolarBear · 22/07/2012 20:25
