Hi Kate, I've not heard of the term clean eating but I pretty much try and stay away from processed food to a certain extent, I'm not evangelical about it though.
For brekkie I have scrambled eggs, with a tbl spoon on linseed mixed in, some cold roast chicken breast (which would probably count as processed as I buy it packaged though), and sometimes I'll have fried mushrooms with it.
For lunch usually a Dukan gelatte (2 tbl sp oatbran, 2tbl sp quark or natural yogurt, 1 egg and fry like a pancake), I'll have that with some salad and usually some kind of oily fish, smoked salmon, makeral fillets or prawns.
Dinner is usually some kind of meat and veg or a home made shepherds pie, bolognese, curry etc. Tonight we had one of those bake in the bag things, it was Spanish chicken seasoning mix, pieces of chicken breast, chopped up peppers and half an aubergine that just needed using up, shook it all up together in the bag thingy and bunged it in the oven, served with some cauliflower mash.
I snack on Greek yogurt, berries or nuts.
I still drink a lot of tea and coffe, I don't know if that's considered clean eating? And I still have a glass of wine or two at the weekend, and a nice dessert if I go out for dinner.
