Well done dawn on your Shred it does get easier I promise! It took me 8 weeks at level one doing it 3x a week before I did 2-3wks at level two now I mostly do level 3. I've seen real results in toning up my core muscles in tum and arms, I started when baby no2 was 4mths old and have lost 5inches off my waist now 5mths later.

Well I'm pleased I dropped the 3lbs this week I put on last weeks holiday. Did lots walking and stuck at 1500c a day, with 3lots of shred. Think my body went into shock no more holiday donuts :o

Madcaplady, I could not agree more! I'm already a bit scared of what levels 2 & 3 will be like!
How many days have you done so far?

dawnpreview · 24/06/2012 19:24

Hi, I'd like to join you please. My weight is around 69 kg and I'd like to reach 60 or 61 kg and stay that way. The diet plan is cutting out as much crap as possible and follow healthy diet with water first thing, fruit/veg for breakfast, in the morning, salad/soup for lunch and normal family dinner. Snacks:fruit/veg/nuts, minimum biscuits, coffee/tea with honey. Occasionally have garlic bread, porridge, etc

Another 2lb for me this morning! The novelty of Myfitnesspall has not worn off yet, so I haven't even contemplated cheating. Off to France on 5 august - 5 weeks on Saturday. I can get into my size 14 jeans again this week, which is great because I've been in denial and dossing about in trackie bottoms for about a month.

Alameda · 26/06/2012 14:52

you are all doing so well! wish I had embarked on a slightly more aggressive, faster results type plan because nothing to report yet (except am surprised at how much I like eating several very small meals instead of a few normal ones a day)

Fizzybee · 26/06/2012 19:44

friendly7 · 27/06/2012 15:40

Fantastic news! So happy for you Fizzybee!!!
No news from me, well, tummy feels big, too big to tell the truth.
I'm trying to stick to salads with minimum or no dressing and almost no bread. I'd like to have diet I can stick to because last time I've lost a lot but gained even more when I stopped following the diet. I know my waist is better but my tummy is no better at all.

Just checking in to report that I've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Smile Am popping to remind myself of this as for some reason I am ravenous today and could undo my good work if I'm not careful!

friendly7 · 28/06/2012 16:21

Thank you very much for your advice Madcaplady. I'm not great with excersising but I'll try to do at least some of it.

Congratulations with your weight loss Madcaplady. Way to go!
I'm dancing to music as my main work-out. It's fun and it helps me feel happier :) Lost very little so far but I think if I stick to it, little by little I'll get there and hopefully not regain what I've lost.
Happy Sunday!!!

Alameda · 01/07/2012 14:43

Fab madacap and alameda great loses.

I too lost another lb this week, I'm very pleased brings my total to 33lbs lost and I went into work Friday and everyone said how well I looked (ive been on 10mths mat leave) so that was a great confidence boost :) I've only set myself a target of 1lb a week now as I'm keen to maintain and enjoy my new figure now and just have 7lbs to go to my target.

Hope you all had healthy weekends.
