Yes, it is cushion plumping time again Grin

Pull up your favourite chair (I'm bagging the one in the corner thanks Grin) stick your feet up and join in with the nattering.

Plenty of room for everyone Grin

Ahhhh Face the things we took for granted before little people!

Yup had a look on the website and most are over £150(and some are very very ugly). Surgeon said they're good for flat footed people and to go in and show them my feet and see if they have anything to suit me. Oh and to let him know!

I agree with Choc FHF...sister sounds very competitive. Maybe she's insecure if she's trying to over-Shred you? Keep going and grin and bear her comments on how easy it is and she'll lose interest (because IT IS hard no matter what she says!)

Well done on not eating the whole egg Choc.....once I think I've blown it I have a tendency to just keep shovelling the crap in!
Work assessments suck :-(

Oh she (MIL) managed to do a load of washing but it took both her and DP to change youngest's poopy nappy and as soon as I got home she disappeared upstairs for over 3 hours to rest! She didn't emerge until I bought them up for bath/bed then she scuttled downstairs away from them

Food:

B: Porridge with strawberries and a dash of milk and a cuppa
L: left over baked bean lasagne and a packet of french fries (4 syns I think)
D: savoury mince with veg in it and mas, will add more to mine as a side. Will be some syns in this as mince is lean and theres some gravy granules in it
S: Fruit, yoghurt and an options after dinner

Hedgepig · 03/07/2012 17:38

Face you do get 2 if each but you would have to count the salmon as one of you B choices

choc sorry about your work situation I too am an emotional eater so I totally sympathise with the Easter egg

FaceCrack · 03/07/2012 20:42

I'm an emotional eater too!

I've had a really good run, managed 4k in 31 min. Owain made veg risotto for dinner, nom nom! Tired now and ready for bed.

It's Day Of Doom tomorrow so PM me! Good luck for tomorrow.

SlinkyB · 03/07/2012 21:23

Hello, hope everyone's well, quick post as super busy day and am shattered! Mum stayed over last night, and we went shopping this am. She can be quite difficult, but we still had a nice time (am becoming more patient as I get older?).

huff glad hosp appt went well, choc don't worry about Easter egg, and hope work stuff sorts itself out soon. Bra I think it's all too easy to reach target, have a "day" off and then before you know it, it's been a week or a month! Are you weighing in tomorrow with the rest of us yeah?

face your post about me being a warning sign as to what may be around the corner with dd made me smile; I used to think the same when bee would post about her ds, who's a couple of months older than mine.

Good luck with the big Weigh In tomorrow morning everyone! I'm heading off to Wales to visit family for the day, but will endeavour to WI and PM face before I leave.

SlimJimBra · 03/07/2012 21:28

We had risotto for tea too :)
Well considering I have pretty much had a week off I'm not too surprised to have gained (still within target)
Am going to stick to the plan this week with one extra heb to see how that goes. Have just bought rocky road hifi lights mmmmm mmmmmm

SlimJimBra · 03/07/2012 21:33

Slinky and face - how old are your dc? My ds is 20 mo, I think your dc are a similar age?

FaceCrack · 03/07/2012 21:40

Just in bed, so tired Zzzzz!
slimjim I love risotto. So yummy! My DD is 16 months and I think slinkys DS is 18months. Great age but hard blinking work. I spent a good chunk of this afternoon scraping playdough off the floor. Smile

Some sad news here. My good pal is 12 weeks preg and she had a very abnormal scan. CVS done and waiting for results but 15% chance of a 'normal' baby Sad. Results on Fri so fingers crossed. Her DS is my DDs age. I'm gutted for her Sad.

Anyway night all. I will be waiting with bated breath for PMs tomorrow! huff shall we wait for ya?

Hedgepig · 03/07/2012 22:17

We were supposed tto be having rissotto but didn't have and rice! So we had tuna pasta instead.

Your poor friends face Sad , I hope the have a positive outcome
I'll be amazed if I have had a loss this week but hopefully I haven't gained. Slinky you speak the truth about days off becoming weeks off Grin

SlinkyB · 03/07/2012 22:37

Hedge it takes a lot of wagon falling off of to become a professional Slimming World-er, eh?! I always tell people when I start again "I don't need to go to class, I've done it three times before, I'm an expert!" Grin. Still, been doing it off and on since I was 18 (13 years ago then) and have never been more than a size 16, so must be doing summit right somewhere.

face so sorry to hear about your mate Sad My bestest friend who had a miscarriage, then missed miscarriage is 14wks now and thank goodness all going okay so far. Taken her 2.5yrs to get this far bless her (and her dh of course). Pregnancy is so fragile and scary, hope your friends are OK and that they're in the 15%, will keep fingers crossed.

bra ds is 17 months, so yes our kids very similar ages. Some of my baby group friends are just starting on their second pregnancies/babies, scary how quickly it goes. I'm getting married soon, then the pressure will be on to catch up with them all, eek!

SlimJimBra · 03/07/2012 22:43

Oh face that's terrible news for your friend Sad praying she's in the 15%. It sometimes seems a miracle that any pg results in a baby, it's so fragile my sis and I have both had pg losses Sad

Hedgepig · 03/07/2012 22:44

I definitely think getting rid of my big clothes has been a great stopper for wagon falling as I have no comfy clothes to go up into .

FairhairedandFrustrated · 03/07/2012 23:50

Choc, 1/3 needs to be Superfree not super speed (just for reference)

Did shred after work this afternoon - definitely getting easier :)

Face, I am do sorry to hear about your friend. My family hasn't escaped heartache where children are involved, I lost a niece in march, she was a twin and even though one healthy baby was born, we still feel the loss of what should have been.

Good food day today, another original day. Can't shake the feeling of no loss though.... Anyhow, am enjoying the exercise either way, do will keep it up.

Will check in for DOD tomorrow!!

Keep up the great work everyone!!

FaceCrack · 04/07/2012 08:00

Righty-ho it's the day of doom so PM me

Huffpot · 04/07/2012 08:04

Face so sorry to hear about your mate - what an awful thing. Anything like that (and yours too FHF) makes me feel so very sad :-(

Yup I will go to meeting at 7pm so hopefully should PM you around 7.30-ish

My youngest is 23 months and very very independent and my word the tantrums!

FairhairedandFrustrated · 04/07/2012 08:27

Hedgepig · 04/07/2012 21:21

I'm off for another work trip tomorrow (just to York) so I will try to be good and not scoff silly amounts of food in the hotel
