Pull up your favourite chair (I'm bagging the one in the corner thanks Grin) stick your feet up and join in with the nattering.

Plenty of room for everyone Grin

hedge I didn't know if I should put you down at target or not. Let me know what you would prefer. Enjoy your night away! Does that mean a night without the kids?

bra sorry about the error.

Agree abput Cbeebies. I am currently mortified as DD has taken to walking around going Mr mumble (tumble) and doing the action. Blush any one would think she watched it for hours on end. Our CM did a cats bum face as if to say "slatternly mother".

Hedgepig · 04/07/2012 21:51

I love Octonauts it is brill Grin I was very strict with my older DS not letting him watch TV when he was little and now he is totally obsessed with it now whereas DS 2 will watch stuff he likes and then turn it off.

I kind of feel like i'm starting again Face as I've gone so far over target so the list is fine as it is. I've also set myself a new slightly lower target than the one i got to earlier this year.

SlinkyB · 04/07/2012 22:05

Well done all,.especially Crackers! Almost in the 10st zone, amazing! Is your target still 10st 7lbs?

Am in a spectacularly foul mood, will spare you all the boring details and go to bed!

FaceCrack · 04/07/2012 22:11

Oh do tell slinks!

It's my temporary target. I probably should be around 9 stone

Huffpot · 04/07/2012 22:19

Hooray admires Face's lovely sparkly 2 stone badge...Must aim to get me one of those!

Very good list this week

Chocolategirl3 · 04/07/2012 23:50

Face Congrats on 2 stone award, I bet you are all sparkly now!

Xxx

FairhairedandFrustrated · 05/07/2012 00:21

Yay!! What a fab list!!!!

Well done crack!! Ah what a brill week for all.

DD had been vomming all evening, about an hour ago I heard her and ran to the bathroom, beam me up, cos it was ds :(. Both of them have bowls by their beds, lamps on (though ds (7) has history re: lamps so has full light on!) and all doors open so I can hear what's happening.

Dh is off tomorrow so he can sort them out tonight, my colleague has the rest of the week off and I'm holding the fort tomorrow.

Planning another original week, have a meal out on sat though so will see how it goes, may need to go ex easy for that.

Have a good day tomorrow everyone xx

Huffpot · 05/07/2012 07:31

Oh I hate vomitting bugs...hope they're feeling better soon FHF

Choc well done on the loss!

Still snuffly today and have to shake it off as am giving blood in a couple of weeks for the first time in years

Food today

FaceCrack · 05/07/2012 07:54

Don't get too excited, I've had the 2 stone badge before but sabotaged it Blush. I'm not letting that happen this time though. I've worked out I need to be 9stone 7 to get a BMI of 24, it feels a long way to go and as if I've been doing it for years. Time to pull my finger out my ass and get on with it!!

Well done chocolate another fab loss.

Food today:
B: missed, will try and get some fruit in hospital canteen before I start plus there's a squashed alpen bar at the bottom of my handbag
L: light pesto (2 syns) pasta and salad, apple

FairhairedandFrustrated · 05/07/2012 19:13

What a day.

Kids have finally stopped being sick, thank goodness. They've slept all evening in my bed and I had to wake them for dinner. Really fancy a walk this evening but where I live, I have to drive and park, and dh is working.

Food today ok, feel very bloated.

B: fruit
L: 2 nimble, tuna , spring onion, mayo (2syns) a bit of ham and some strawberries
D: a steak, sw burger and salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, spring onions, beetroot (am on an original day)

Am going to chop some melon, pineapple, strawbs and blueberries later.

Will shred too!

SlimJimBra · 05/07/2012 20:17

Face - enjoy your second sparkly 2st sticker then :o

Fhf sorry to hear you cant get out tonight and that kids have been sick :(

I have been eating like a piggie today, had cereal for b'fast with banana, 3x alpen bars, 2x clementine, blueberries, salad with ham, mug shot, yogurt, have got sw wedges ready for tea along with more salad and eggs for omelettes. And I still want chocolate too! It's not even totm for me so there's no excuse for me to be eating like a hormonal woman!

FaceCrack · 05/07/2012 23:02

Not really up for posting what with Ailidh being so poorly. Cant stop thinking of her and expat. I've had a bad day food wise too. All in all a sad day.

FaceCrack · 06/07/2012 10:21

Morning all,

I'm on a night shift tonight, I haven't worked out how to fit food around it. I normally have my main meal at 6.30pm but then by 1-2am I'm starving. I might have to take an egg salad sandwich to keep me going. Dreading it TBH.

Food for today:
Brunch: scrambled egg, smoked salmon and mushrooms on toast (heb), fruit salad
D: chilli con carne, rice and salad
Will take fruit and yoghurt for overnight too.
It's so horrible and wet :( I've been for a run though! Woohoo!

kid · 06/07/2012 22:03

Still here, still SW'ing and still not exercising.
I thought I'd blown it today as I was offered a 2 finger kitkat today and was too weak to decline. But, after working out my syns with the rest of my food, I've only had 10 syns which is amazing for a Friday night and with so much junk food in the house.

I've been reading about poor little Ailidh, how heartbreaking for her and her family Sad

FairhairedandFrustrated · 06/07/2012 23:38

Hi all :)

Still here too. I've hurt my back :( really sore to breathe in. I hope it's just s pulled muscle it something and it'll be better soon.

Food today nothing great, in fact shit.

B: apple and banana and coffee (milk hea)
L: cooked chicken breast, 2 plums, kiwi, orange
D: chicken breast, heB new potatoes, onion and garlic followed by watermelon, kiwi and plum

Snacks : Hifi bars 2 light ones (am on an original day)
Off shopping for holidays tomorrow, will have breakfast before we go, and dinner out tomorrow night with my sisters!

Huffpot · 07/07/2012 12:36

Hi all.
Will post the quiche recipe for you when I'm on the laptop Face. Well done on the run in this weather and how did the night shift go?

Oh holidays FHF! We're off to Ireland in September but it doesn't feel like a proper holiday if that makes sense as we go regularly to family but still is nice to get away and be on our own without my MIL.

Went to my doctor on Thursday and I do have a prolapse so waiting to see a gynaeo now - hoping its only a mild one and pelvic flooring madly

Fairly quiet day here. Done a bit of cleaning and when youngest wakes up might go for a walk but depends on weather and energy levels

Food today

B: Apple. lean bacon, eggs, 1 piece white pudding(a couple of syns I think) and 2 pieces bread
L: think I might make some potato bread with baked beans and veg
D: am debating making the salmon recipe from this months SW mag but have a feeling I'm missing an ingredient so will have to check before thats a definite. If not will have pork chops with mash and veg :-)

Chocolategirl3 · 07/07/2012 13:39

Oh my! I managed to get my engagement ring off for the first time in years, it has been de-gunked and is back on x. Hope everyone is well x x x

FaceCrack · 07/07/2012 16:36

fh&f take it easy with your back. Have you taken some ibuprofen?

Night was horrendous, thanks for asking! Got a cup of tea at 7am but that was about it. I've managed a couple of hours sleep today but I'm now up and getting organised for our holiday. I was really naughty on my way home and had a McDonald's breakfast Blush.

Well done for engagement ring fitting, that's lovely! I bet your DH is pleased Grin

SlimJimBra · 07/07/2012 19:48

Face - ugh to night shift, have you recovered yet? Choc glad you got your engagement ring de-gunked, my dad had to wait years to get his wedding ring off in order to get it resized, he'd been thinking it was tight for ages but by the time he decided to get it made bigger it was stuck!
Well I've been poorly today, literally slept the whole day have a fever and whole body aches so I guess I'm fighting off something :(

FairhairedandFrustrated · 08/07/2012 12:05

Huff Ireland is a perfect holiday spot!! I should know Wink

Back isn't too bad today, still a bit sore but am going to give shred a go later anyway. Dh is away golfing and me and wee ones are still in our jammies :)

No idea what's for lunch/dinner. I was out last night with my sisters, had no starter, blackened chicken and jacket potato and veg for dinner, then caved into peer pressure and had pavlova and loads of some wine :)

On plan toda again though, one night out will NOT ruin my loss!!

Ps such sad news for expat / checked my phone when I came home, what that poor family must be going through doesn't bear thinking about x

SlinkyB · 08/07/2012 13:50

Hi all, I was really sad on Fri thinking about Aillidh, cried all the way home from work, and I didn't even know her/don't know her family. Such a dreadful loss Sad

Am feeling all fit and healthy after boot camp this am, but was a bit naughty on a girly shopping trip yesterday and had tea and scones, whoops. They're both pg and needed the energy, don't know what my excuse was! Bought my wedding day underwear, but gonna have to order shoes online I think.

Where you off on hols face? I also have relatives in Ireland huff, love visiting them, which part you off to?

Sounds like you had a good night out fhf Smile Well done on getting ring off choc and hope you are feeling better today slimjim

FaceCrack · 08/07/2012 13:53

Aah slimjim poor you! Hope you feel better soon.

I've been running and stuck to plan all weekend. Recovered from the night shift as welk, will probably need an early night tonight too. Off on hols tomorrow, haven't even thought about packing yet!

B: weetabix fruit and skim milk
L: left over chilli con carne
D: pasta puttanesca and salad.

Ooh Pj day! Sounds lovely. Good luck with shred.

FaceCrack · 08/07/2012 13:55

Ooh hi ^slinky* how was shopping? How is boot camp going? One scone won't have hurt? What underwear did you get? Blimey I'm nosey.

Off on hols tomorrow, wooohoooo. Trying not to let the weather forecast bother me.
