Dinner this evening will be chicken, ham, potatoes, roasty, carrots, sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli ooh and boiled peas mmmmmm

What have you all got planned?

FaceCrack · 24/06/2012 13:39

Have a good day all!

kid · 24/06/2012 21:29

I've planned my meals for the next 7 days which is a good start, but I have to make whatever tomorrows lunch is but I'm so tired. Just checked what I'm having and am pleased it won't take a huge amount of time or effort to make so I guess I can go and do it shortly.

Its been a long day but I've managed to do all the housework, loads of washing, changed the beds and done the ironing for the week. Just lunch to do and thats it for me.

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend and have not been affected by all the rain.

SlinkyB · 24/06/2012 22:51

You lot are putting me to shame with your planning, housework, dieting and general awesome will-power and healthy attitudes! I've quite simply sucked this weekend, ah well, tomorrow is another Day :)

Hopefully I'll still be within target on DoD, then bootcamp starts Friday.

The only thing I have been good with is the not drinking alcohol bit, but it's killed me tonight not having any wine in the house! Esp as I had a testing toddler to deal with alone this evening, it's usually my treat when the little monster's in bed.

brafullofcrumbs · 25/06/2012 07:39

Criikey Kid, you're very organised! We usually plan meals on a sun but dh is away this week so I have a supply of J pots and mugshots to see me through the week. I'm rubbish at bothering to cook properly when it's just for me!

Huffpot · 25/06/2012 07:43

I'm impressed with chucking the jam tart away Choc

Oh I'm really bad at meal planning and hate house cleaning - its soul destroying when the toddlers just follow me around and undo it :-(

How are all the sniffling people? My little one woke up snuffly this morning so I have a day of two tired sick toddlers now sigh

On a positive I shredded again last night and managed to do loads more of the cardio so am pleased with myself although still aching this morning!

B: Porridge with banana and a cuppa
L: Chicken salad
D: Maybe chicken burgers with more salad
(Going to turn into salad!)
Snacks: Yoghurt, fruit and seafood sticks mmmm

FaceCrack · 25/06/2012 13:18

Afternoon all! I'm feeling very virtuous. I forgot my lunch and bypassed McDonalds, sub way, KFC and a patisserie. Instead I've trekked over to the main hospital and had a JP beans and salad!

Well done huffers for le shred! You are inspiring me to dig it out. I'm going to run tonight.

Food;
B: weetabix with skim milk
L;": jacket, beans and salad
D: fish pie and veg
So far, syn free!

FairhairedandFrustrated · 25/06/2012 20:25

I had another good day, feeling bloated though, but ok.

D speed curry with rice and a handful of sw chips

Kids get their hols on Wednesday for the summer and I usually take them to mcdonalds, their twice yearly visit (other is on Easter holidays)
I have WI on wed night and don't like mcds so it won't be a problem for me to bypass it. I had thought of weighing in a day early, but decided against it :). I need all the help I can get this week!!

Am currently lolling in a bath - dh is on nights and am waiting on the kids to go to bed before I switch shred on and c what it's all about!!

SlinkyB · 25/06/2012 20:52

I'm in the bath too fhf Grin But I've already done my exercise - you'll probably need another bath after shredding!

Enjoy your bath slinky and fh&f. I'm in my Jammies, I had a shower after my run. I'm so pleased, I managed 20 min flat out. Pleased with that.

brafullofcrumbs · 25/06/2012 21:39
