Yes, it is cushion plumping time again Grin

Pull up your favourite chair (I'm bagging the one in the corner thanks Grin) stick your feet up and join in with the nattering.

Plenty of room for everyone Grin

Sparkly 3 stone sticker to bra. I am so impressed, can yuo feel and see a
big difference?

Hope everyone is alright. I haven't got time to give you all a shout out as I need to go to bed. I have a 6am alarm set to go for a run. I need a better loss this week. Hope everyones sore bits / tough times start to improve soon.

SlinkyB · 20/06/2012 22:16

Well done you three! 3st is AMAZING bra! And not long til you other two get 2st stickers Smile

Am impressed with your 6am run plan face - I would definitely just hit snooze and vow to do it another day! Must ask dp to sort 30 Day Shred out for me again, really did notice a change in my shape when I did that last year.

SlinkyB · 20/06/2012 22:57

Yes, thread does seem to be losing its mojo somewhat, anyone any ideas on how to revive it? Think life has been taking over a bit - how very rude!

Chocolategirl3 · 21/06/2012 00:33

Bra you are doing amazing! Well done x x and yes join in to hit your Target

Seems everyone has hit a low recently and could do with a good bum kick. I know I want to see bigger losses for me than I have done the last 2 i (though how I've lost is beyond me!) I've a camping holiday coming up last week in July so another stone off would be amazing!

Face well done on your loss and great work with the cpr! Where has everyone gone too?

Chocolategirl3 · 21/06/2012 00:35

Posted too soon

Well done to you too Slinky wish I was at Target x x x

Huffpot · 21/06/2012 06:49

3 stone is amazing and well done to all the losers.
Little man didn't settle till it was too late so am going to go to a different group on Saturday to weigh in just to keep the momentum.

I'd be up for the challenge FHF and Choc....I need a good kick up the bum.

I bought the 30 day shred too but haven't done it yet. Need to work out how to fit it into my day as I couldn't do it with MIL around....I'm thinking I'll hide in our room and do it there if space allows

Now my belly button has cleared up I must start swimming again too...I need toning

Any good belly exercise ideas?

Damn life interfering!

brafullofcrumbs · 21/06/2012 07:02

Thanks everyone :) I can't believe I've lost that much, I still look in the mirror and see fatness

I also have the 30 day shred dvd (though it is still wrapped in its cellophane!) Maybe we should include 30ds in our 7 week challenge ?

Chocolategirl3 · 21/06/2012 07:44

I don't have the shred dvd but I do have Just Dance on the Wii. As soon as ankle allows I shall dance to fitness.

Huff get crunching!

Huffpot · 21/06/2012 08:36

Lmao! So is mine Bra...I've been using surgery recovery as an excuse but I think I'll have to bite the bullet.

I think you're meant to take meaurements before you start as apparently thats more where the changes are other than weight

Oh I really wanted a Wii but not sure if I'd use it enough to justify it....

grinningbee · 21/06/2012 11:44

Hello!

I'll be back soon. We can't let the thread fade out. Trying to pack up everything with two toddlers is a nightmare. They keep getting stuff out, and one of us always has to be with them! Majorly stressed at the mo. No-one to look after them for a bit doesn't help.

Anyway, best go again. It's all very frustrating, and I've put on more weight than a bloody baby elephant (I am so cross with myself).

Back properly some time next week I hope.

Bee

brafullofcrumbs · 21/06/2012 13:15

Bee that sounds really stressful :( hope you're packed soon.
Huff I bought the DVD as my back up plan but told myself I didn't want to lose weight by exercising as then I'd have to keep exercising to keep it off and I hate exercising! It was my safety net in case dieting along didn't shift the pounds but I'm pleased to say that I've not had to open it yet :o

FairhairedandFrustrated · 21/06/2012 14:27

Hello, lovely to see you all again! And wow on the 3st loss!!!! How fabulous!!!!! Am going to purchase the 30 day shred. I go on holidays on August 1st - how many days is that??

I'll order it online now and see when it arrives!

Breakfast was loads and loads of fruit - was up early to take dh to work as he has no car, what an early rise :( then as I was do early for my own work (and dont get flexi or overtime) I wandered around asda and got some of their wee fruit tubs, pineapple, kiwi, berries, apple, grapes mmmm
Lunch was a chicken salad with chicken, peppers, tomatoes, beets, red onion, cucumber, and lettuce followed by a peach.

Dinner is a planned turkey stir fry, chillis, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, peppers

My p is due and I am so bloated and heavy feeling. Emotionally I feel quite 'up' today, positive thinking I'll stay up too.
Bought a new tankini for hols this year :) All last years bikinis would be too small. Also bought a pair of dark blue jeans, size 12, this time last ye they would have been a 10!!! And they will be again!!!!!!!

FairhairedandFrustrated · 21/06/2012 14:47

30 day shred purchased! £4.99 and free p&p from play.com.

Don't tell me I could have got it cheaper elsewhere... I hate paying over the odds for things..

Huffpot · 21/06/2012 14:49

Oh Bee as a co-owner of 2 small toddlers I feel your pain! Can you do some when they're in bed?

Lol Bra I quite like that idea but just want some of my belly to firm up although it'll never go completley I think.

I don't particularly enjoy exercising as my naturally rosy complexion becomes far more boiled lobster :-(

FHF I got mine off Amazon...I'm thinking that I may stick it on tonight once toddling terrors are in bed...
You sound happier today and very determined...when is our 7 week challenge commencing?

FairhairedandFrustrated · 21/06/2012 16:07

I started today Grin

Chocolategirl3 · 21/06/2012 18:25

It has started ladies... i had lots of strawberries today instead of the cheerio cakes that wave to me from the tin

Going to make SW chips for dinner along with either mangetout or sugar snap peas, whichever is in the fridge and have the last remaining syn free sausage ...I really must get to shops tomorrow, it will be slow and painful but it has to be done if i am to stick to SW rules, damn ankle!

Bee we wont let this thread die dont worry, look forward to hearing from you next week, in the meantime de-stress with some Wine

brafullofcrumbs · 21/06/2012 18:37

Too right we won't let it die :)

Er so regards the new start...got home and dh had bought some Jaffa cakes cheap in tesco, so I had to have one, and then another one too :o I did stop at 2 mind and as we're having a syn-free dinner I think it'll be ok!

Chocolategirl3 · 21/06/2012 18:50

If you dropped them on the table first then all the calories just fall out making them completely syn free! If not then 5 syns is completely acceptable x

brafullofcrumbs · 21/06/2012 20:12

Oh that's good news DS gave the box a good shake, I'm sure he dislodged most of the calories!

SlinkyB · 21/06/2012 20:48

Evening all! I'm another one who can't have just one jaffa cake, always two minimum, zero willpower there.

Food today was good:

B: Weetabix
S: Alpen light
L: pasta with really spicy tomato and Chilli pesto (not sure on syns) + lots of fruit (apricot, mango and blueberries) + yogurt
S: Banana and small piece very dark chocolate
D: left-over veg Chilli with jacket pot.

Am now sipping ice-cold apple Robinsons, and using every bit of my tiny imagination to fool myself into thinking it's cider Grin.

Thanks whoever said we'll done to me for being at target; found a load of size 14 summer clothes yesterday which fit lovely. Couldn't get in them this time last year as was 1st 11lbs heavier!

Am thinking of doing shred Weds nights when dp goes out, one weekend morning, and Tues mornings when I have the house to myself. Seem to remember that you're meant to do it every day for 30 days Shock but I was pleased if I did it four times. This time last year, ds was only 5mo and still had a long morning nap when I could do it. Those days are gone!

Agree it changed my shape, could definitely feel my tummy toning up, as lots of crunches involved. It's pretty hardcovers, but remember folks, it's ONLY 30 MINUTES! Get used to hearing that from JM Grin

You do sound much more positive fhf, that's great. And you're so determined! Good luck with house move bee (is your name on tenancy yeah?)

Sorry for long post!

SlinkyB · 21/06/2012 20:49

Hardcovers?! Confused Hardcore, obvs, damn auto-correct.

kid · 21/06/2012 21:32

Sorry to say FHFH but you were robbed as you could have got it cheaper than £4.99
Its currently on sale for £4.97 from Amazon and Tesco Grin

I've decided to spend a little time tonight planning meals for next week. I am getting really grumpy when it comes to making dinner as I've not been planning meals and its just a case of making anything to shut everyone else up. I hate having to come up with meals all the time, infact, I have the fact that I have to do everything here and go to work.
I guess I'm feeling it more this week as I've been off for 3 weeks so having to go back is making me more tired than usual.

I've got a party to go to this weekend and then a meal out next weekend so I'll try and limit the damage on those days as much as I can. But I will be fine for the other days as long as all of my shopping is delivered tomorrow. I may have to pop out and get any missing items at the weekend just so I am all set to be 100% on plan for the following week.
My holiday is creeping closer. I need to get to the gym, start shred, using my power plate or get out for a run. So much choice, so little motivation!

SlinkyB · 21/06/2012 21:52
