Ah yes, it's that time again. New list, new decor. Same comfy chairs though Grin

So, pull up a chair, settle in and make yourselves at home Smile

Ooh that's exciting hedge! Congratulations! Do you have a link so that we can all be nosey? Grin

My big news of the day is that I got offered the job that I interviewed for this morning, and I apparently 'blew the other candidates out of the water'! I start on 14th May. Will need to be organised with packed lunches if I don't want the diet to go all Pete Tong! Can't believe I'll be leaving my babies!

CantSleepWontSleep · 02/05/2012 21:31

Food for today:
B wholemeal toast and egg
L bacon, lentil & orzo soup, blueberries
D salmon, new pots, green beans, broccoli. Melon.
Will prob have a snack shortly, but not sure what yet.

Ha ha YES I am still twirling!!!

Thrilled with this weeks loss, which couldn't come at a better time as out on Saturday with the family (huge load of people) and wanted to look super fine!

Cut out all fizzy drinks from Sunday onwards and laid off the baked beans too, drank water like a fish and result!

Hugely inspired by all you lovely ladies and your weight losses over all are amazing :) :) :)

grinningbee · 02/05/2012 21:49

So you should be Choc, it was a fab loss!

I've taken the liberty of doing a new thread. Sorry about the title, but didn't dare leave it too long in case this one got full up!

Thanks for choc!!!! Well done girlies! Good job everyone!

Csws - fab news on job, do you want to say what it is?

Tomorrow night is my last night on one of my jobs and though I know I've made the right decision for my wee family, I'll miss the people.

Back later cx

kid · 02/05/2012 22:14

I made syn free custard tarts tonight. I managed to burn them but they are still edible and surprisingly nice (without the pastry)

Congratulations on the job CSWS, you'll be fine leaving your babies and you will enjoy your tim together even more.

Hedge, exciting news that you bought a house. Good luck with the move, hope everything comes together smoothly.

Fairhaired, If the change in your job is going to make life easier for your family then its definitely the right thing to have done.

Well done choc, great loss.
Well done to everyone else too, looks like a good week all round.
I can live with my sts as its star week but as long as I have a loss next week I won't stamp my feet too loudly.

I've also cut out pepsi max and have switched to tea or water instead. I really, really miss it though but I'll survive without it.

Food for today has been different to what I usually have.
Lunch was quite nice but I didn't really like the fromage frais dressing, the chicken was lovely though.
For dinner tonight, I made chicken stuffed with cheese traingles and onions and wrapped in bacon (fat removed) served on baby spinach leaves.

I also had a 2 finger kitkat (6 syns?) but I also had some cakes at work today so I have gone over syns but I don't care. If I'd lost maybe I'd have been a little more focused. Besides, I've got a week to pull it back.

I took my dog out the back of my house earlier so he could go to the toilet. I then decided to go for a longer walk with him. An hour or so later, we got back home soaking. I really love walking him, he is lovely. I prefer it if we don't bump in to dogs roaming around alone though, makes me nervous. Me and DD are going to take him for an hour walk each night come rain or shine. Best get my rainmac out I think.
