Thanks yet again for the encouragement
I am on day 4958745987 of level 2 30DS, I am thoroughly fed up of the plank jacks, jumps, spreads or whatever they are. It's hurting my knees as I am not getting a good grip on the carpet. I have exercised in bare feet and trainers but don't like trainers they make me feel heavy!
"keep your abs tight!" really...I'm concentrating on staying alive and breathing I can't clench my abs as well!
I think i need to buy a mat for better grip, but I am just too knackered still to do the last round of plank thingies, I'm not sure better grip will help!
Haven't weighed myself for a few days, don't want to be depressed.
I know I haven't lost much weight although for some strange reason my bra kept falling off so maybe I have it was very old and I expect dh tumble dried it 
Going to start level 3 at the weekend, I bloody hope those chair squat v raises aren't in it anymore, how does Natalie do them with a smile on her face?
