It's going to be bad enough this week as it is. 1st lunch out with friend tomorrow! If I weren't meeting her brand new baby boy, I'd postpone until my will power is stronger.

Today I ate a creme egg and three bags of crisps. D'oh.

Looking back, every Monday when I start my new week of points, I eat loads more. It's the massive amounts of weeklies! Have to be careful now as am out this weekend.

Sal that is so gross but made me laugh!

well up until this evening i had only used 9 out of 20 points (old system) so i am having a couple of glasses of wine since i have the points!

i find this quite easy when im at home, its when im working i find it sooooo hard so trying to for another good loss this week because im back to work in a week.

(if i can sit....not sure that run yesterday did the old coccyx too much good but i really need to get back into my running....)

Grrrrrr how do you survive eating out on ww? I have a supplier lunch on Thur, followed by a 40th birthday on Sat night, and 4 days/3nights in a hotel away with work next week!!!!

Next week I've got to take some of The team out, which will involve lots to drink and rich Italian food possibly other yummy treats! I just don't know what to do, do I blow out n enjoy or try to stick to the plan?Confused

What does everyone else do? Why can't I enjoy food and drink and not turn into a fat bap!!!!

Hi, I've been watching in the background this past week and wonder if I can join you all. Your stories and tips are very inspiring and supportive.
I joined WW last Tuesday and I've just been to my first weight in. I lost 1lb.
I'm pleased with that as the first week of jan I low carbed and lost 4lb so the big loss was that week. Also it's AF so I'm happy with any loss.
Feeling positive this week. Just been out for a brisk walk, mainly to get warm!! Lol.
Starting weight 12.2 jan 3rd
WW starting weight 11.12
This week 11.11.
I'm only 5 4!! Blush

I've worked out how to cut calories. Get someone to crash into your car in the morning and you'll spend so long trying to sort out insurance/hire cars/school pick up cover etc that you won't have time to eat and be so stressed you'll forget about it anyway!

OK, so it's not something I'd recommend but it's certainly working today Sad

my weigh in day is Thursday....im resisting getting on the scales until then but i dont feel like ive lost much at all so far.

I love the porridge with rasps/0% fat fromage frais and runny golden syrup....and its only 4 points. keeps me full until lunch. speaking of which....Grin

Peppapigsarse - if you are going to have a few days of blow out try to get in some exercise. I find it works like a kind of damage- limitation. You may still gain a bit bug hopefully not too much.
The Jillian shred DVD is a 20 min blast or cross fit is a new craze, can download exercises from google I think.

Yes, we're OK. Luckily neither of us were going very fast so, apart from a severely crunched front wing, we're all OK. Not looking forward to the stress of sorting it out though.

I haven't eaten all day because I've been too stressed and busy phoning insurance people and car hire people to get things sorted. DH has just ordered pizza - I should not have looked at how many points that's going to be!! Shock Almost 2 days points!!

I've gone off track and eaten a whole 100g bar of dark chocolate. I could feel it coming! I couldn't fight it any longer. I plan on not pointing it and pretending it never happened. Ha ha ha. Oh dear.

I'm going to blame it on hormones...

Pizza eaten. Although I did stop myself eating when I was full rather than stuffing the whole lot down so I left a couple of slices and reduced the damage to "just" 41 points Shock

Everything over my daily 26 has gone out of my weekly allowance.

On the bright-ish side, thanks to my car being out of action (It's not road legal thanks to the damage) I've missed my lunch with a friend today and will miss another one tomorrow which will save some points.

Hello - room for a not-so-little one? Am doing the online version again and trying to get lots of exercise - bit of a challenge between small DC and full time job. Am doing ok - just starting third week, have lost 1.5 kg. Love the weekly points so can have my treats! Have so much to lose though Blush.

Oh no Sal! I've never had a crash before so it's all rather stressful and worrying. DH has though so he's being calm and helping me deal with it. I'd have been in tears many times by now if it weren't for him.

Luckily, this one wasn't my fault at all and things seem to be going fairly smoothly so far.

Missed shredding yesterday and considering missing today too. I've got what feels like a deep bruise on my ribs - probably from the seatbelt - which is really sore. I don't really fancy doing 100+ crunches with a sore side Sad I do feel like I'm getting some nice abs from the Shred though, just a pity they can't be seen under the flab and stretched out tummy skin.

id give yourself a few days rest tbh. I think im going to attempt another run today, i should really phone the gym and book my freebie pt session and reprogramme.

ben10 - dont forget to stick some defrosted frozen raspberries on top - that makes it! tis very yummy and very filling!

im a bit deflated today - i dont feel like ive lost anything this week - i wonder if its because i dropped 4lb last week? ive done more or less the same meals and im pretty convinced ive not shifted anything but ill see tomorrow.

Christ blathers, I'd bin the shred until you're feeling a bit less bruised!

I'll try to find a recipe for pointless curry, there was a recipe on WW but I've since modified it. I make tons of curry sauce with onions, chilli, tomatoes and curry paste and then throw in pointless veg like butternut squash, cauliflower, carrots etc...

Also made pointless ratatouille yesterday in the slow cooker with peppers, aubergines, courgettes, onions, tomatoes and herbs. Really nice either on its own or on a baked potato for a filling low point meal.
