Oh and sorry for all the typos in my last few posts. I think it shows it's really time for bed. Hoping tomorrow will be a better day again Smile

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 11/02/2012 15:27

Am on the exercise bike for 15 mins a day now and increasing gradually. Am not allowed to swim though as my physio has banned it due to the problems it is causing my shoulder. Shame.

DS is on a residential trip and back today (year 2 - they must be having so much fun!). Hoping that we can go to Pizza Express on the way back from picking him up. One of their Leggara pizzas is calling me.

Buffets are a nightmare for me Gravity. I pick and pick and pick.........

Blatherskite · 11/02/2012 18:48

The universe really doesn't want me to go out for this meal tonight. I had tonsillitis 6 times last year but have been OK since about October.

Tonight - tonsillitis again Sad

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 11/02/2012 19:23

:( Blathers

We ended up at Pizza Hut. Reminded me why I hate Pizza Hut. Nuff said.

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 11/02/2012 19:26

Just calculated it at 18 PP which is not as bad as I thought but just not nice - esp for 18PP. Don't get the Chicken Diablo Posh Pizza. Not good :(

Blatherskite · 11/02/2012 19:42

Fuck it. I'm dosed to the eyeballs on Nurofen and I'm going! I saved all my daily points for this ffs!

fannybaws · 11/02/2012 21:23

Day six today and resisting temptation, just, evenings are the hardest time.
Am off to bed in a minute because even I can't eat when I am asleep!

Peppapigsarse · 12/02/2012 12:07

Well done losers again, my client entertaining is killing my diet Blush I have no will power!

I've lost 1/4 pound which doesn't really count but my work was undone by the client entertaining the two bottles of wine between us!

Then a bad day at work and a further two bottles another night this week with hubby Blush I need some motivation bottles up and sent to me!!!!

I'm annoyed with myself really!AngrySad

I want a cream tea

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 13/02/2012 09:11

I want a cream tea too! How much do I want a cream tea!

1lb down but still having digestive problems (too early for TMI) so I know that it is really more lost. Just annoying that I never "go" for days before weigh-in!

Blatherskite · 13/02/2012 10:12

Only lost 1lb this week but at least it's another 1lb off. After Pizza Express on Saturday, I'm amazed I lost anything.

10.2lbs gone since the beginning of January now. Really want to make it to a whole stone before the end of February...

DoingTheBestICan · 13/02/2012 21:09

Can I join in please,I am joining weight watches wed evening,I have a good few stone to lose and am determined to do it.
I haven't done the plan since about 8 yrs ago so I don't really know how the points work but I'm long forward to being slimmer for the summer.

Blatherskite · 13/02/2012 21:13

Welcome DoingtheBestICan.

Tonsillitis is agony and it's certainly putting me off eating but it is making me want to comfort eat when I do.

It's going to be a tough week!

Got to be strong though as I want to lose 3.8lbs before the end of the month to take me up to a full stone.

DoingTheBestICan · 13/02/2012 21:50

thanks for the welcome, you have my sympathies I used to suffer from tonsilitus and its horrible

Bakers Oven custard tart - so small but 6PP. very tasty it was too Blush

GravityDefier · 14/02/2012 13:24

So.. weigh in today and I gained 200 grams :( I know that's only half a pound but still.

And then DP made me a pancake breakfast today, with raspberries, chocolate, juice and all. It was so so lovely but obviously not pointable. I assume all my weeklies are gone?
And he has booked a table in Chiquitos for next Sunday. Will I be able to afford that?

I thought that maybe I should try and stick within my points every other day, not dig into weeklies and then earn some sports points and not eat them it might not be too bad?

I did measure last week though and it appears as if I have lost 2cm on my hips and 2 on my waist so I will hold on to that.

I just wish I could be stronger and stick to this better. When I am following the plan I am losing but I am so weak :(

piprabbit · 14/02/2012 14:43

Gravity, don't panic it will all be fine and your DH sounds lovely.
Do your best to point your breakfast, either ask your DH for the recipes/quantities he used or find similar items in the WW database. You might be pleasantly surprised, and even if the no. of points is huge you will feel better having got it properly record.
So pancakes might be 3pp each, raspberries 0pp, juice 3pp for 250ml glass, 10pp might be quite generous for the chocolate etc. etc.

Activity points will help you make up any deficit so you can enjoy your meal out. If you look at the menus on-line, you can plan what you are having and have a think about what your best options are.

Congratulations on losing so many cm - very impressive!
And have a lovely evening out.

Just weighed after a few days in bed with flu and lost 2. So 9 overall in a month - very happy. Going back to my sick bed now..

DoingTheBestICan · 16/02/2012 17:38

Right,i've been to get weighed last night for the first time, got my pack & feel really motivated to do this.

Had porridge for breakfast, pitta bread filled with salad & ham for lunch & home made sweet & sour chicken & rice for dinner,i've out 4 pp aside for milk for my tea & coffee.

And i've still got 5 pp left to use up today, not sure what i'll use them on yet.

Blatherskite · 16/02/2012 21:39

I finally have antibiotics! Hopefully will start feeling better soon and will stop wanting to comfort eat pure junk!

Blatherskite · 18/02/2012 21:31

How is everyone doing?

I'm having a tough few days. On top of still being poorly, we've been to birthday parties with pizza for the past two days and are due to go to SILs tomorrow for what is likely to be a big Dinner!! WI on Monday could be disappointing. I've been trying but my will power is definitely not as strong when I'm not feeling well Sad

KenDoddsDadsDog · 19/02/2012 20:36

Hello! You will be able to get back on track properly when feeling better.
I'm finding that during the week I'm fine and have stopped grazing. Weekends are difficult though as I'm always starving.
Had a kabob last night when watching the footie, it was amazing but I felt rubbish afterwards.
