ive lost it as well peppa

but will climb back on the horse tomorrow. blown it yesterday with wine and again tonight with a meal out.

will be strict with myself again tomorrow - feeling a bit like i could have just undone that hard won pound off last week....

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 29/01/2012 07:53

Wi day tomorrow for me. Spent 8 weekly PP on a can of magners last night which was delicious and well worth it :) Out for MIL's birthday today. Going for a pub lunch I think but in one like a wetherspoons where everything is a bit heavy on points. Might try to encourage the wetherspoons as at least all the PP are available online :) See you all later.

Vicar and Peppa today's a new day Grin

GravityDefier · 29/01/2012 12:21

That's my attitude too.

I had a deadline last night and have worked through the last few nights. I made a lovely chicken stew in the slow cooker yesterday but I just couldn't stomach it and had some toast and chocolate spread instead. Just the smell and everything made me feel nauseous :( I guess the stress is not good for my stomach.

So I have no idea how many points I ate over the last two or three days but I am starting again today. Weigh in is on Tuesday and as long as I don't gain too much I am happy.

Thought about going to the gym today to equal it out a bit.
Obviously I have no idea how many sports points or weeklies I have left over but I assume none.

Well, I saved all of today's points ready for Dinner at SILs today and she's forgotten so we're not going now!

So as long as I don't go mad at Dinner, I should finish today with points left over.

I had a WI this morning (thinking it would be higher tomorrow and too depressing) and I'm still on 9st 1.6 so no way I'll make it down to 9st but I have lost 1.2lbs so I'm almost half way there at least.

Next week. I'll be there by next week [crosses fingers]

bintofbohemia · 29/01/2012 20:03

Right. Have been to the gym a lot this week; 3 spin classes, a swim, lots of walking... Have used all my points but have at least 18 exercise points in the bank and not even logged all the walking I've done. So in short- if I've not lost anything tomorrow I'm going to be really hacked off and disillusioned...

KenDoddsDadsDog · 29/01/2012 20:14

I went way off the rails this weekend in a hotel. And gave myself an upset tummy! Back on the horse tomorrow.

Blatherskite · 29/01/2012 20:26

Well, Banana for Lunch, Pasta bake for Dinner and my new favourite snack (6 Water biscuits and a Dairylea triangle for 3 points!) and I've only used 13 of my 26 points today!

I bet it makes no difference whatsoever at WI tomorrow.

Blatherskite · 30/01/2012 09:05

WI this morning. I lost 1.4lbs and am now 9st 1.4. I got my 5% star too.

Still disappointed. I was really hoping I could've shifted a bit more.

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 30/01/2012 09:43

Well done Blathers. You are doing really well.. I have lost 2 oz since last Monday but I have still got constipation (sorry TMI). My stomach looks 5 months pregnant :( Once that sorts itself out I should have lost a bit more hopefully.

bintofbohemia · 30/01/2012 09:56

I've lost 1lb. Whoopee shit. Hmm

AddictedtoCrunchies · 30/01/2012 13:05

I lost 1lb when I weighed on Saturday so that's half a stone now. Am v pleased. Went a bit awry yesterday but back on the wagon today.

Have exercise planned for today, tomorrow and Wednesday so hopefully that will help.

Have a good week everyone.

Thanks everyone. I guess I should be pleased that I've lost 1.4lbs/got my 5% star/now lost half a stone but that 9st mark is so tantalisingly close, I just want to get there.

I nearly convinced myself to say "fuck it" and get a KFC for lunch but have instead been good and actually have 6 daily points left over today! I AM going to be 9st by next Monday!

1lb off is definitely better than 0 bint. I hope it all starts dropping off for you soon.

Have you tried some laxatives Ben? I got really bunged up for the first couple of weeks and they really helped get things going again.

I missed shredding today too Sal. Both the DC have swimming lessons on a Monday and I still have to go in with DD - I was just too tired to contemplate it at lunchtime. Will get back on it tomorrow.

Blatherskite · 31/01/2012 16:26

Either the weight-loss fairy was listening or my scales are screwy - I randomly decided to weigh myself this morning and got 9st 0.4!

That's 1lb down from yesterday!

I hope it's not the scales, they were expensive!

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 31/01/2012 19:25

Right Senokot, lactose and prunes as well as gallons of water are on the case now. My stomach is so sore. Makes me want to go back to the old way of eating. At least I was regular Grin

Nearly there Blathers Well done!

Well done Addictedtocrunchies and bint :)

ThatVikRinA22 · 31/01/2012 22:22

ive decided i will defect to the new points system since everything is now in the new points....

so can anyone tell me in a nutshell how it works?
26 pro points per day yes?
49 weekly points on top - yes?
fruit is free?
is there a milk allowance to come out of the points?

friend is gonna get me a new calculator....but im loathed to pay to join when ive only got 7lb to loose for first goal....

Blatherskite · 01/02/2012 07:51

Well, if my scales are lying to me, they're trying to impress!

Had to have a look seeing as it's the 1st of Feb and weighed in at 8st 13.6!!! Shock

So if it's true, I made my goal after all. I have been very strict with myself for the past 3-4 days and had a massive poo this morning so I'm hoping it's for real.

Vicar - I think daily pro points change depending on how much you have to lose just like old points did but yes, mine at least is 26 pp per day and 49 weeklies. You can earn extra points by doing exercise. Fruit and Veg is free (except sweetcorn and peas I've found so far) but everything else comes out of your points. You can download a calculator to pretty much any smart phone if you've got one. There are loads of free ones on the Android market.

Ben10HasFinallyLeftTheBuilding · 01/02/2012 09:51

Yay Blathers!!!

Vicar IF you sign up to WW through Quidco then you get the first 3 months online for £1. THere is an iphone/ipad/ipod touch app that DH uses but I access his account through the PC and have an android app for when I'm in the supermarket to be able to work out the points in what I'm buying. Milk allowance comes out of your points. I count 2pp of milk a day but don't measure it exactly. That's a 1/4 of a pint I think.

That's what the weeklies are for Sal. It's not like they were big cheats. You didn't have a bargain bucket!

Well I am finally not pregnant looking and actually squealed aloud yesterday when I did a mid-week weighing of 10 stone 8.8 lbs. Down from original start weigh of 11 stone 1.2. Almost half a stone down :) We discovered the pizzas made from Warburtons square wraps. Ready in 15 minutes from scratch and so tasty. I was a bit sceptical thinking that it was just one of those WW crazes that I would hate like the pink and white wafer biscuit things but they were lovely :) :)
