I started on Christmas day (stocking filler from dp I had been begging for). I'm going to combine it with running and hope it will replace the gym (as post dd2 I have not the time to go as she bf all the time!)

So I've done 2 days im on level 2 and find it tough but good

hey everyone, I'm on Level1,Day6 I think (cant find my diary where ive wrote it down).

I have noticed that my bum seems more perky and i think ive lost my celulite, had that happened to anyone else that quickly or is it in my mind? Smile.

But I still feel like its difficult. I did it a year ago when i was exercising alot and thought it was easy Confused so now i know i'm really unfit, I have hardly worked out in the past year.

I am terrible at the abs workout as my tummy and abs are looking horrible at the moment and i have a bad back too. Sad

Level 1 day 4 (got halfway up to level 2 last summer, fell off the wagon and have only just got back on) Am determined to do thd full 30 days this time, although will have one day of rest at the weekend.

I'm really feeling it in my arms and back, and legs. But not so much on my abs. Am i doing it wrong?

L2D3 completed (D11 overall). My arms and chest no longer ache, but my bottom is still so sore! Why is this? Surely I must have done enough squats by now for it not to ache anymore. I'm still rubbish at the front arm raise things and can't do Natalie strength moves yet, but am hoping I will next week. I have also abandoned jumping jacks for side steps with arm raises in the warm up as the JJ really kill my knee whereas side twists and jump rope in the cardio section don't. So looking forward to my massage after tomorrow's shred, followed by a day of rest - yay!

another 3lbs off this week Grin, delighted because I had 2 naughty food days and 3 no shred days! am only 5lbs off a healthy BMI now, and 3lbs off the 1 stone off milestone!

L2D4 - tick! (day 13 in total, cause if I don't post it here I loose track!)

I treated myself to a new sports bra to motivate myself just before starting shred and it's already too small! needed to hold myself in a bit today

those of you who've done L2 and L3, do you find L1 easy when you go back to it or just different?

oh and by circuit 3 L2 I CANNOT do any of the plankey things, I'm far too shakey after the first 2 circuits to hold myself up! so doing a kneeley leg swingey move from body balance instead which is a bit cheatey

I'm a bit mortified I just posted all that on another random thread by mistake Blush

Ive just finished L1, L2 next buuuuuut I have a dilema.

My knee feels funny and slightly hurts, not too much to make me say ow or use it funny, but definately not right. Also its my birthday Mon so I am going out with my mummy friends tomorrow night, going for a meal with the family on sunday and have birthday cake (yes I am a big kid, but its a huge french fancy and I couldnt resist) for Monday so Im thinking do I give it a rest sun and mon and start again on Wed? (I have sats and Tues off anyway) or will I find it difficult to get back into it again, after all its only 30 mins out of my day. WWYD? Im thinking if I do have a longer break I will do L1 again till the end of the week and start L2 the following week.

Also has anyone noticed in circuit 2 in Level 1 the advanced girl doesnt do the leg part in one of the moves while Jillian is talking with the beginners girl? Its the first strength move on circuit 2.

I think all this time Ive been doing the bicycle crunches wrong as its always burned my legs, but for the last 5 or so tonight I changed it slightly and felt it more in my abs so Angry to that.

Level 1 day 3. Nearly didn't do it yesterday then forced myself as I didn't want to quit so soon. Haven't started dieting yet ( had a big bag of mini eggs yesterday and today!)
I didn't put any trainers on the first 2 days but did today and found it a lot easier and much better for my knees.
I will start eating better on Monday

I noticed some improvement after about 2 weeks and definitely by day 30 not major but then I didnt have any weight to lose just needed to tone up, was a little disappointed that my stomach still isnt as toned as theirs i still have a bit of a 'jelly belly', not doing it as religiously now but still doing 4 out of 7 days.

Checking back in have has a couple of days off so upto day 20 third day into level 3.

Just about got the gist of it and it's bloody hard. Well done rrr sounds like you are really mailing progress. I'm also quite chuffed as I'm back in my pre baby work clothes finally. Hat I reckon i started to see real results about ten days in.

Re question on how long to leave it I would personally try and keep the momentum going as it was tough to motivate myself to get back into it today after two days away but I'm not very well motivated full stop!

I'm on day 4 level 1. After the first couple of days I could feel tightness of my abdominal muscles and I already felt more toned. The last two days I feel back to normal, no tightness and feel flabby again. Is this normal?

Day 7 level 1 complete Smile I am now starting to feel like I am putting more power in my punches and getting a better technique in most exercises as before it was just about making it through.

I have also started listening to my music while doing it and it seems to be much quicker, as jillin annoys me Grin

L2D4 (12 overall) done. Definitely getting easier, though I am mostly using 2kg weights now and still on Anita. Next week Natalie - argh! Off to have my massage at 1pm and I feel I deserve it.

Day 22 level 3 done! Just had 2 days off as my dd2 is not sleeping well (bfed growth
Spurt)

Now I'm up to 7 pounds off and v toned arms! Love the shred!!!!

Even though I missed a few days with being ill, I lost 3 pounds at my weight watchers weigh in which I'm sure has been helped by shredding. DD kept me up half the night though so still haven't got round to todays yet!

I watched Worlds Biggest Loser marathon this morning, couldn't find the remote and It was strangely compelling. Jillian is a mean biatch when she's training them. Hope she was hamming it up for TV.

Did day 9 level 1 and my 4.5yr DD wanted to join in to but she couldn't keep up with mummy on the star jumps :) ooh felt good to out jump my mega hypo child! I'd done 20mins on the cycle trainer before as warm up too. The abs getting much easier now but still can't do full set of bicycle crunches I but I'm only 4mths post 2nd C-section so still feeling good at doing 20 then I switch to other crunches. Feeling ready to more up to level two now but not sure if I should watch it first so I know what's coming but that might put me off :o
