I started on Christmas day (stocking filler from dp I had been begging for). I'm going to combine it with running and hope it will replace the gym (as post dd2 I have not the time to go as she bf all the time!)

So I've done 2 days im on level 2 and find it tough but good

I started this today - feeling better already! I didn't find it too horrendous (used to do Davina's workouts ages ago) but I am starting to feel sore as the day wears on and I think I may be v stiff tomorrow - any tips to what I can do to lesson this - would a hot bath tonight help? or more stretching?

Am also bothered about side lunges etc I am so uncoordinated and certain I'm doing them wrong but not sure how to put them right Confused

rootie I think you should move up when each level becomes manageable/ not too difficult. It builds your core which you need for L3

Well results wise I have lost weight all over (5 lbs) defined my abs, arms and my bum and legs v toned. My bum has also liftedGrin

You get real visible results- more than I have ever had with running!

Well done Hathall. I think that day 3 of any level is the hardest. You know what to expect, but it hasnt started to get easier yet. Day 4 will be better Smile

Day 18 done, and first day of level 3 Shock I had to do Anita moves for a few things and I was struggling to coordinate for those press-up arm/leg raises Blush

I don't think I'm doing too well with the abs (mine were in really terrible shape) - does anyone else struggle to hold them in, especially when they are out of breath?

rootie, you need to be dieting to see any real change - I am not dieting and I am just doing this for fitness really - I can't say I've noticed much difference in my shape!

level 3 day 25 done. slightly better for doing it at lunchtine rather than after the children are tucked up. still hurt but found I could talk myself into trying harder.

rootie I have been following a strict diet as well as the shred and feel stronger, have lost a few inches off my tummy and my arms are a bit more shapely.

L2D1 (D9 overall) done this morning. Didn't feel too bad and though I was sweating horribly by the end. I'm doing mostly Anita for the next 3 days and hoping to at least try one set of Natalie next week (days 5-10). Still have niggling knee pain so modifying cardio especially jumping jacks which hurt more than all the other things. Hoping I am still this positive once the aching kicks in...

The DVD has just dropped through the postbox! I'm feeling a mixture of excitement and terror... Can't do it, though, as the builder is just outside the window, painting the railings. The curtains don't QUITE cover the whole window.

Or am I already finding excuses?

Day 1 level 1 done today with my Zaggora hotpants! Really enjoyed it and hope to god I stick to it.

I struggled yesterday on level 2 D2 as my upper body was aching from the day before! Hopefully this iwll ease off with time [bsmile]

just did L2 day 2 (day 11 in total), should have been day 13 but have been doing crazy shifts and sleep deprived so crashed out in my shred time Blush, will try and make up those too days by adding in some running later in the week..

have lost inches all over - don't know how many but clothes are looser Grin PJs falling down here too and need to buy smaller work trousers! and visible improvement in leg shape and cellulite!

Bugger, lost my post.

Just done day 15, on level 2 and have been for about 7 days I think. Really feeling a difference in my level of fitness, and my ass is fricking gorgeous! lost half a stone too through healthy eating since the beginning of January.

Just wondering though, what happens after day 30? I'll be bored stiff doing this for infinity. Know it's ages away yet but need a plan.

for afterwards I've ordered 6 week 6 pack and thinking of ordering a yoga DVD (dunno which one, am a beginner so DVD not ideal but cannot commit to a course of classes same time each week)

On days when I'm short of time I think I'll do a shred and on days when I've got time I'll do 6 week 6 pack and mix them up so as not to get too bored. Have also stocked up on running stuff but not started that yet Blush

I'ld like to do no more trouble zones at some point but they are quite long sessions aren't they?

just done D10 on L1. Was going to do another couple of days of L1 so I could start L2 in a new week, but I might just do L2 tomorrow. Looking at the 6 week 6 pack and really fancy that when Ive done this one. The other DVDs are too long with them being 40 mins each workout. I want a quick one so I stick at it. DH thinks the same as he doesnt have a lot to do when I do the workouts, unless I can only do the longer ones once or twice a week.

Anyway Ive not even started L2 yet and Im already thinking about what to buy next Grin

takeonboard I have lost a lb in 2 weeks, but I am eating crap though. I am trying to diet, but keep giving in to temptation and eating unhealthily. The best way to lose weight is diet not exercise. Are you on a diet or anything? I think this DVD is about shredding the inches not the lbs.
