Sorry, I didn't answer your running Q - actually I never get a stitch on the treadmill, and usually ok outside. Had you eaten before you went?

I have just had a banana on half a slice of toast - just what I fancied, not banned and healthy. Think this is what I need to get back to. I will try without FF to start with but maybe restart that on Monday.

Off to circuits this morning Smile

Sorry my miracle diet is not working for you guys Sad I am down 0.75lb so loss has tailed off but still in the right direction. Am now 12 2 Smile 0.25lb to lose to get to April 2010 weight, 3.75lb to get to my previous all-time low, 10lb to get to normal BMI and 23lb to get to target Shock never gonna happen Looking forward to a carby weekend though Grin

I have figured out i have eaten c. (200+400+200) 800 cals so far today, so 400 left before exercise (say add 400) - so 800 to 'spend' on jacket spuds and tuna - i may reward myself with a tablespoon of mayo Grin

WTAF for the second day.

So, anyhoo, down to 10.8.25 which is 4.25 down on 2 weeks ago which I suppose is ok, but I could have achieved that with FF rather than with odd restrictive dieting. This is my weigh in for this week as out with the girls tonight!

Body fat low tho 19.6 which is good but my muscle is low too Hmm
