2 circuits of 5 mins v fast on crosstrainer/run/ski machine..

Viber/jump up/sit up 3 times 15/20/30 times and 5 mins on cross trainer the sweat was dripping down my nose Blush

I am not disheartened though as we didn't over-do it with the food, just the massive amounts of booze so will no doubt wee most of it out in a day or so... Back on the low carb today with the lovely memory of marmalade on toast to keep me going Grin

Got back from pre school and did L1 shred with weights, didn't find it too bad, did some chores and decided to do L3.. Oh my god.. Absolutely dying now Hmm

What did u eat on a typical day when you were on ff before?

Ok, have set FF to lose 1.5lb per week as this only gives me net 1221 calories. For 2lb it is 1000 per day ShockAngry. BMI shows me as slightly overweight at current weight, so would like to get back towards mid range.

Yesterday I was 60 cals over (mainly as no exercise and the wafer thin piece of chocolate cake was apparently 128 cals!)

After allowing for curry, rice and yoghurt for dinner tonight, I still have 208 calories left to 'spend', so can have a nice snack when the DC have their tea Smile

I am currently doing grapefruit for brekker if not exercising or banana & toast or small cereal or eggs if i am, salad/soup for lunch, afternoon snack - whatever i fancy within my limit and decent tea with carbs.

Yesterday i had grapefruit, choc cake, ham salad, cheesy snack, jacket spud with tuna/philli and a yoghurt

I have discovered i have to have free reign of choice over what i want to eat and actually a small portion of whatever it is sates the craving and i can just move on with my day. I have put the shred as general aerobics for 25 mins which 'gives' you 144 cals. I expect this might slightly understate it as i have seen 200 cals bandied around, but as i am quite fit i think it is probably ok.

I need to concentrate more on what I am shovelling down my neck I think Blush I have a terrible sweet tooth for sweeties and need to stop snacking on them! I end up eating them all day and that's my biggest downfall Sad

Just did ff.. A pathetic 1084 cals befor exercise, have already used over 800 Blush however as did some good exercise have enough for tea Grin.. Just reminds me how much I actually eat Blush

What weight loss have you set it to LOTI? You should have plenty for a good tea though and will have needed 800 to do that amount of exercise?

Could you try weighing out some little bags/pots of sweets into 100 calorie servings? Then it would be easy to keep track of where you are with them and might make you think twice before you mindlessly pick up another handful?

ExerSazz refers to an exercise session amalgamated with an old nickname of one of the founder members of this thread. What it means in reality is 30 mins of exercise which raises the heartbeat.
