I am currently doing grapefruit for brekker if not exercising or banana & toast or small cereal or eggs if i am, salad/soup for lunch, afternoon snack - whatever i fancy within my limit and decent tea with carbs.
Yesterday i had grapefruit, choc cake, ham salad, cheesy snack, jacket spud with tuna/philli and a yoghurt
I have discovered i have to have free reign of choice over what i want to eat and actually a small portion of whatever it is sates the craving and i can just move on with my day. I have put the shred as general aerobics for 25 mins which 'gives' you 144 cals. I expect this might slightly understate it as i have seen 200 cals bandied around, but as i am quite fit i think it is probably ok.
