-0.75 this morning. Makes it -2.5 in total. Slower than last time, let's hope it is more sustainable.....

CrispLeCrisp · 17/01/2012 08:19

Back to pre Xmas weight here too Smile

FjorGynAndHotWater · 17/01/2012 08:28

luckoftheirish · 17/01/2012 20:27

Spinning done Smile

CrispLeCrisp · 17/01/2012 20:35

Wow, well done LOTI. I have done no proper exercise but seem to have been running round like a blue arsed fly so maybe that will help.

Eaten lovely steaks today. Yum Smile

CrispLeCrisp · 18/01/2012 07:34

No movement Hmm

Angry
luckoftheirish · 18/01/2012 08:11

Oh no crispySadSad do you need more senna to get things moving??.. A big loss tomorrow for you [hugs]

Well my scales have stuck firm since fri, absolute no movement either way Hmm

One more exercise for today and they'd me done til Sunday!

CrispLeCrisp · 18/01/2012 08:17

No idea loti. I 'feel' slimmer IYKWIM? And not constipated, so who knows. By this time last time I think I was about 5+ down so it is frustrating. I feel fine and am sleeping really really well which is lovely. I think I will low carb from Friday and really try to reduce weekend consumption as I want to get down below 10.7 again.

FjorGynAndHotWater · 18/01/2012 09:41

I am down another 0.75 Smile if it keeps up I might just scrape under 12 by the time we get to yours crisp Shock just to undo it all with wine and cheese Grin

CrispLeCrisp · 18/01/2012 11:37

Bloody hell Fjorn - you are doing amazingly! Well done Smile

I shall definitely be stealing diet tips from you after this week is over.

500m row, 1hr circuits, 5 mins powerplate.

That's 4 exersazz this week, Pilates tomorrow.

luckoftheirish · 18/01/2012 12:02

45 mins spin and 15 mins stair master Smile so that's 5 exercises this week Smile

Will weigh in first thing Tom but am not expecting any change Hmm

Wow fjorny I want a blow by blow account of your diet!!

Good exercise crispy Grin

CrispLeCrisp · 19/01/2012 07:44

-1.25 (3.75) in total to 10.8.75

Good luck with weigh in loti and enjoy your trip Smile

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 08:22

Woo hoo sazz that's brilliant! Well done Smile

I am only down 0.25lb today but just got my period so hoping there is a bit of bloating going on. So am down 2 on Friday and down 6.5 on last Friday - will be very cuffed if I can shift another 0.5 today to make half a stone Shock

Good luck loti, and even if the scales haven't moved you must be toned to within an inch of your life with no wobbly bits Grin

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 09:26

Just been looking at my weight loss graph and this is the lightest I've been since July 2012 (apart from 8 April 2011 when I was recovering from a D&V bug...) Shock This low carb approach is like some kind of weird magic

Although have just changed the y-axis of my graph to start at 10 stone with a target line at 10.5 and it shows just how far I still have to go...

BenderBendingRodriguez · 19/01/2012 09:56

I am so impressed at your low-carbing Fjorg. They are so bloody addictive. Bread is my nemesis.

Have been bad, bad, bad the last week or so due to the hell of sleep deprivation, but since the last few nights have been better I feel newly resolved again and am trying to be more mindful/eat less crap. No biscuits at toddlers yesterday, although I did end up eating two dinners Blush Hoping to do some exercise while the boy is at nursery today!

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 10:13

A colleague at work is 30 next week (Envy) and she proposed a low-carb diet for us all to get gorgeous for Spring and I was utterly Hmm at it at first but decided to give my own version a go - so booze allowed 3 nights a week but only wine on saturday so spirits & diet mixers on Friday/Sunday, no bread (apart from burger buns on Friday night), no crisps, biscuits, cake, lots of protein & veg and just v small portions of potato or occasionally pasta. Food is still delicious and v filling, scrambled eggs & bacon much more fun than cereal for breakfast and the weight is just dropping off so I am hooked Grin

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 10:14

Never mind exercise, you'll get that walking to nursery and back twice. Put your feet up and have a snooze!

luckoftheirish · 19/01/2012 14:57

Scales in hotel tell me I am lighter than home HmmConfused would to believe them GrinGrin

CrispLeCrisp · 19/01/2012 15:58

Yes do Loti - I stepped on the gym scales in vain hope. Turned out it was vain hope Grin

luckoftheirish · 19/01/2012 16:46

Thanks crisp, it said I was -3lbs which I would love to believe but know it isn't soGrin

BenderBendingRodriguez · 19/01/2012 16:52

We need new scales too. Ours give me the same result every time, despite the fact that I can see and feel extra flab around my hips, thighs and waist.

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 21:14

loti you need to bring those scales home with you Grin

bender you are knocking on a bit now dear and will find that your fat mysteriously migrates from your extremities to settle around your middle Grin so your scales are no doubt right!

crisp you don't need your gym scales to weigh you less - you're doing brilliantly!

FjorGynAndHotWater · 19/01/2012 21:21

Just compared my measurements with some I took at the end of July last year - looks like I have lost about 0.5" from all over. Not much but it's a good start Smile Also found some measurements I took in March 2000 and I am thinner than when I was 30 Grin
