Well done on the loss Fjorn, I dare not brave the scales Sad. I have been much better, but less exercise due to sodding shin and more food/drink than on my very strict diet.

However, i did 1.5k jog run, 1hr circuits and 10 mins powerplate this morning, so something at least. Pilates tomorrow and circuits again Friday. I really want some less erratic weather so I can do school walks again as they make a big difference i think.

How about Bootcamp from Monday MyChild/Fjorn with FF'ing and 4xExersazz?

I am doing my own sort of bootcamp with low carbing, although still drinking loads of tea/coffee, but it's deffo working as am down another 2 this morning! Still up but only +4.5 on pre-Easter so feeling v v happy with that considering the amount of cake and wine I scoffed Grin

octo that sounds like LOADS of exercise to me! Enjoy your pilates today, I am off for a walk to the shops!

Pilates was lovely this morning and i am off to get my haircut later so hopefully that will give me the push to focus my appearance/weight a bit more!

Same as yesterday so -3.25 on the week. Not bad considering the giving-up-smoking but still much carb-avoidance to be done before I am thin enough.

1lb off today- takes me to 10.1. Someone commented on my slim arms on the school run this morning.... Have put some dumbbells in the lounge so every time I see them i do 20 bicep curls or tricep curls.
On a really positive note- my leg feels soo much better- I am planning a run this weekend. I had a Physio session last night where he really massaged it hard, seems to have worked. That's 4 weeks without a run. Did 45k on the bike today but had a big fall off- huge bruise on other leg now.
Keep goingon the non smoking- you know it's worth it and the weight will come off... Cancer not so easy to get rid of....

Not too bad a weekend, was +2 this morning so better than some Mondays! Last night was a nightmare though, next-door neighbours decided that 12.30am was a good time to start partying Angry woke me and DD and despite repeated requests didn't stop till 2am So am a bit tired today! All quiet there at the moment so fingers crossed...

Back from Egypt, disaster of a holiday once again due to my dad [sigh], not looked at scales but hoping that a dodgy tum throughout holiday has hopefully kept the worst at bay.

Back to low carbing today...

Well done on the continued no smoking fjorny, I reckon I smoked enough for both of us this last week due to stress..Sad.. Hoping to follow in your footsteps v soon..

Octo good exercise last week, hoping that dds are back to normal, the weather improves so we can all get back on track! Smile

Oh sounds like we all need a hug and a chocolate cake. Leg stll sore but am managing 2k runs which makes me feel bad considering I was running 10k no problems 5 weeks ago.
Did my first "brick" training today- 20k cycle in 40 mins- followed by 2.5k run in 10. Just need to up th run to 5 k. Triathlon in 4 weeks.

Sadly I would like to admit that giving up smoking is hard enough, but giving up smoking + being v tired + fecking PMT is very very bad . Have managed to avoid the cigs somehow but the biscuit tin is taking a bit lot of a hammering today Blush

Still no let up here in the freefall (albeit i have curbed it somewhat) and have done 1.5k run, 1hr circuits 15 mins powerplate/TRX.

Clothes still feel fine so i am kidding myself that all is ok Hmm

I am planning on braving the scales tomorrow.........

Well done on such a small + octo !

I am spiralling upwards instead and tomorrow's weigh is going to be very Sad and Blush Have had brioche and chocolate spread sandwich for breakfast after accidentally drinking too many G&T last night... OH well, it's a new month next week and think I might actually set myself an exercise challenge as well as getting properly back on the low carb wagon.

At least I have the smoking thing as an excuse, not dying of cancer had better be worth it Wink

Circuits this morning and I am going to try and motivate myself to do a gym class this weekend, more to try and keep the eating in check than for exercise! When I am being v good exercise wise I tend to eat better too.

How is everyone else today? My shin is still playing up but oddly circuits seem to be ok for it Confused

I am +4 on last Friday , been another horrific week, hoping it's the carbs + period bloating but is more likely to be actual fat deposits going by the size of my belly. No chance of goodness today either, max 3 hours sleep thanks to my fucking arsehole pig ignorant unsociable neighbours who were still partying when we gave in and got up at 6.20am Angry so have been eating a few biscuits today...

Anyone want to buy a house??? It's lovely Wink

1k run, mad pyramid circuits (200+ box jumps) and then took dd2 swimming. Knackered.com!

How can we rein ourselves in? I just have zero motivation and can't be bothered. I've not been running since before the Easter hols and have already decided I'm not doing my 10K.

Oh I think I have a stress fracture- I still can't weight bear on leg- all muscle pain is gone, but running still painful - only managed 2k today. Am thinking I may try to swap my triathlon for a later one- it's part of a series of 3- the last one is in September. Don't want o force myself through itvand endupbwriting off whole summer. Plus cardiowise I know I am fit enough and want o enjoy it.rather than run in pain.
Food wise not oo bad- alcohol heavy though x
Tomorrows another week. Let's go for a loss.

Quick trip to gym as starting again, 20 mins on stepper interval.. 45 sec level 20, 15 secs level 7... Sweated buckets, and 5 mins on powerplate.

Not a lot but pleased its a start back Smile

I am on day 2 of back to low-carbing, not too bad so far but have Mr Kipling Angel cake in my bag so going to have to resist that... at work which feels v weird on a Tuesday; came in on the train so had a good walk already and another one planned later to get home again.

Did level 3 of shred, it is such a killer, sweated buckets Smile, if I did that a couple of times a week I would be fit as anything!! Have already drank 1lr of water!!
