mychild I am a good mother doing baking with my DC wanted to try one or three... Blush

Friends came round yesterday afternoon so rounded off an indulgent weekend with lots of wine, crisps and peanuts. Was lovely, and worth the +4 the scales are showing today. Being good again today I think then stuffing my face with marmaladey toast and cake tomorrow!

I'm still here... Hip/leg injury still not healed- havnt run for 10 days now.still going to the gym and cycling but not the same rush as running. Also have an arm injury- feels like rotator cuff- hurts to fasten bra. Grr
Weight wise the same. Had a horrible personal traininy session today- was all heavy and unco ordinated - felt like working out with a sack of rocks on my back. Hope fully more positive tomorrow x

Sorry to hear you are still injured dig but at least your weight is stable. Fingers crossed you are back to full fitness asap.

Up 4.5 this morning but was +6 yesterday after all the cake, toast and wine Blush so that's progress! No booze yesterday or today and trying to low carb today before undoing it all again going out for dinner with DH tomorrow night as DC have a sleepover at MIL's

My exercise has gone right out the window for the last couple of weeks due to poorly dds.. As a result feeling v v wobbly.. So I am going to track some exercise on here if you ladies don't mind to try and get my mojo back Smile

Went to the Physio and apparently I have grade 2 tear in my quad muscle, plus a shoulder impingement- basically the nerves have got caught under the bony bits. Ouch. Basically he has said cycling only. Out of action for another 2 weeks. But on a positive note scales showed loss of 1lb. Cycling tomorrow.

Only managed 20 lengths of pool today as aching so much.. Need to sort diet out too, thinking of v v low carbs for a few days and no Wine!!

Ouch Digbert - I hope the rest & recuperation time works quickly.

I have done no real exercise, just some walks, but can still feel my shins Sad

On the food and drink side i have hoovered everything in sight and not a single rocket & parmesan salad for 9 days Shock. I feel blobby and sluggish now and little motivation to get back into the groove. I think i will try and be good(ish) this week and tackle it head on when the DDs are back at school and hopefully my leg healed up.

Fjorny, i will be vying with you over the +6 for sure. Hope you manage a bit of 'good' within the bad too Smile

Hey LOTI, nice to see you back for a bit and glad the girls are well enough that you can make it out of the house. Long may it continue!

OK, I have had one day off drinking in the last 11 days Shock and been shovelling carbs in like they were going out of fashion, +5.5 this morning which is a freakin' miracle . Was planning on 24 hours of goodness before tomorrow's weigh in to try and wee some of that out, but my breakfast cottage cheese had gone off and the only alternative is chocolate. This is not good for a girl who's just given up smoking

Right Fjorn. This is the LAST day of overeating/drinking today. Weigh in tomorrow and we will all tackle the poundage from there. Ok??

I had 9 days of pretty bad including booze, cakes, bread and crisps. Since Monday I have been pretty good, did circuits yesterday and took DD2 swimming and 2k run (shin ok Smile), 5 mins powerplate and 1hr pilates, then took DD1 swimming. Much, much better on food (albeit not perfect).

No creche booked tomorrow so can't get the new week off to a flying start which is a shame Sad

I will have to whittle a load of carrots into cigarette shapes for tommorow as have nearly run out of cheese straws and chocolate finger biscuits. Oh I want a cig, only been 14 hours so far and I'm gagging for one Blush

Well onion the smoking fjorn. I gave up at Xmas . Feel great!
Weight it's a disaster. I know it's not real weight as it must be impossible to put 5lbs on in 4 days... Back up to 10. 9. Time of the month though and a bit too much wine. Leg feels better but scared t run on it.
Been within points since tues.

2.25 up on yesterday so 7.75 up on 2 weeks ago. Bollocks.

I have not-gone-off cottage cheese and carrot sticks today though so just might be able to keep away from the biscuits. Last time I gave up I put half a stone on and really don't want that...
