Yes, my maintenance is good in the week and relax at weekends. I have only been logging calories in the week for a couple of weeks and i stopped for about 9 months last year.
We are away over Easter, so i expect I will need to be extra good for a few weeks when we get back to pull it back on track but maintenance from then on.
Shin splints much better today, even after circuits which is fab
. Pilates tomorrow and then i think i will try the hard circuits on Friday, although that normally involves sprints, so i may just go swimming instead as i don't want to push it too much.
