Fjorn when you say 'fail' do you mean because you had biscuits at all, or that you went over cals? If it's the former, then it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

10.4 this morning! Just contemplating a run but am super stiff after yesterday. aND we are going for a family cycle this afternoon along the seafront. Promised the kids amusement arcades.... But they don't know yet we will be cycling 12 miles to get to them! Enjoy the lovely weather this weekend x

Well done on the continued loss and fantastic exercise Digbert, you are putting me to shame!

I missed circuits as i was on a conference Fri morning. Had bacon sarnie there and then on for a pub lunch (goodness of salmon salad eliminated by a pint of cider Grin)

Saturday was mainly about wine.

Today has mainly been about Foccacia.

I am not weighing till Friday as officially on maintenance now.

+3.5 is ok Fjorn, but shall we have a pact on hAving a good week? Going to do school run in a bit and try and do a gym sesh tomorrow as I missed Friday. Did do a good walk on saturday, but ended up at the pub [grin{

LOL, no i didn't. Although i had a pretty poor weekend food/drink wise, i am holding on to the fact that i couldn't have eaten enough excess calories to put on more that one 'real' pound, so pointless seeing what horrors the scales might have said today.

Just reverting to FoodFocus eating today and the rest of the week and hopefully Friday will be fine Smile

2.5 mile walk with buggy today. Grapefruit for brekker, salad for lunch, duck & veg for tea

Ooh restraint octo! I have run today but have an injury...:( think hip flexors. Outside of thigh is very sore. Food has been within cals but of low quality. Biscuits/ cake rather than a proper meal.

I too am nursing an injury; shin splints in my right leg. I tried to run today but ended up walking most of it. 6k ish which is ok, but i shan't be pushing things this week. I will try circuits tomorrow but will stop if it is painful. I think mine is my new trainers. Fully fitted by a proper and very expensive running shop Hmm. Back to the Nike outlet for me.......

Been very good so far this week food wise though Smile

Sorry to hear you are both a bit broken octo and dig. Well at least you have an excuse to lounge around in the sunshine today! I am at work but at least had two lovely days at home. No exercise as such but been v busy rearranging my bedroom and hoovering up the mountain of filth cat hairs and dust Blush

Back down to Friday's weight this morning despite a sneaky piece of garlic bread with my tea yesterday, wonder if I can wee out 2lb in 48 hours???

3.5k cycle, 1hr circuits, 10 mins powerplate. Oddly my shin is feeling better than it did first thing this morning Confused

Doh! Forgot to set the alarm and woke up at 8am so no early morning run today. Will have to a fitness DVD in the evening.

Food going well...am more or less on maintenance now, focussing on eating well and training for my 10K. Don't want to go down the road of obsessing too much over numbers.

Aww, that's really sweet Octo! You've done amazingly too...we can now maintain together. What's your strategy? Trying to be a bit strict in the week, but relaxing a bit at weekends? Are you still logging cals? Shin splints sound painful...how is it today?

Yes, my maintenance is good in the week and relax at weekends. I have only been logging calories in the week for a couple of weeks and i stopped for about 9 months last year.

We are away over Easter, so i expect I will need to be extra good for a few weeks when we get back to pull it back on track but maintenance from then on.

Shin splints much better today, even after circuits which is fab Smile. Pilates tomorrow and then i think i will try the hard circuits on Friday, although that normally involves sprints, so i may just go swimming instead as i don't want to push it too much.

Two sick children means no pilates today and no circuits tomorrow. I wanted to try and have a good start to the Easter hols which looks unlikely now. I may try and shred later but i think the heat might put me off.

I must have been confused by your lack of diesel octo, though you were off oop North today? Isn't it supposed to be a bit cooler today?

I am down 0.75 on last Friday now, not much chance of -1.25 today but still it's in the right direction.

No, i was just trying to be prepared! Off early Sat, although as we now have no school we are not restricted Hmm. We will see how DD2 fares with it and make a decision whether to go or not tomorrow evening.

Well done on your loss Fjorn. I am hoping for evens tomorrow. Being stuck at home today will not help me at all. Normally i am flitting about so much i don't get time to pick but i fear today might be different.

-1 overall on the week which isn't bad. Didn't make it to 11 7 - am 11 8 today but that is still miraculous considering I was 12 10 on 6 Jan!

Am going to try not to go too crazy over the next two weeks, but usually when I'm off work I end up drinking every night Blush plus there will be birthday cake and easter eggs...
