Oops I ate loads of chocolate this weekend
this morning was fairly horrifying on the scales but not fessing up till tomorrow. Have been a lot bunged up due to not much fibre in this low-carb business but seems like the large amount of things with chilli in that I ate over the weekend are finally working...
Had a lovely busy weekend. SAturday was in the garden, chopping and sawing again, then we went to Nostell Priory yesterday and had a lovely walk in the sunshine. WAlked to school again today but it's a bit nippier!

mychild sounds like you had a good time on Friday, as long as you adjust what you eat the rest of the week / do a bit of running there's no reason why you couldn't do it every week- once you are in maintenance anyway! Btw I am not officially counting my carbs, just trying to avoid them in the obvious stuff - mainly bread. Am dreaming about birthday brekker of marmalade on toast
