Been very good today apart from one small bowl of ice cream... And have actually done some exercise! We walked to school this morning, only 1.5 miles but better than nothing, and have been trying (unsuccessfully) to dig up the dead hebe in my front garden so spent an hour this afternoon digging and sawing. Aching now!

20 min jog as per training plan. The fast bits felt really easy and I feel I'm getting fitter/faster/stronger.

Have been Blushprompted to rejoin. Not doing so well on the weight loss but have been doing lots of exersazzing and since New Year have lost a total of 9 inches. 3 from my waist which I'm very Grin with.

Well done to the rest of you with all those losses.

Did anyone see the Horizon programme on exercise? It was very interesting and worth a watch on iplayer if you missed it.

Yeah, excellent weeing FjornGrin Goes to show how much water weighs and why we can put weight on overnight just due to eating a bit more salt/extra volume of food. Your body holds on to more water to process it.

Re. my running, I can run longer than 20 mins...it's just this programme I'm following has long and short runs. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that yesterday's was only 20 minutes, but as I got into it and saw that the fast bits were so much easier compared to even just two weeks ago, I was like 'wow, the people that devised this plan really know what they're talking about!'

It's getting really hard for me to stick to cals. I am doing (just), but sometimes I re-read my diary a million times to see if I've put something in incorrectly. I feel like there's suddenly not enough food Confused.

I was down to 9st 3 this morning on a sneaky weigh-in...fingers crossed for Friday.

I'M here I'm here...so know what you mean about the cals my child. I think I'm getting fed up of eating the same easy things- salad, cottage cheese, fish. Need some new recipies. Been to gym tonight, spin plus PT- 669 calories gone.
need to think about changing routines- more running less spinning. 9.3 is amazing. Well done xx
