Goes to show how much water weighs and why we can put weight on overnight just due to eating a bit more salt/extra volume of food. Your body holds on to more water to process it.
Re. my running, I can run longer than 20 mins...it's just this programme I'm following has long and short runs. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that yesterday's was only 20 minutes, but as I got into it and saw that the fast bits were so much easier compared to even just two weeks ago, I was like 'wow, the people that devised this plan really know what they're talking about!'
