MyChild, that loss was from yesterday and Friday as evens over the weekend. I do like the regular weighing as do get gee'd on by losses and see the impact of overeating/drinking. It is tricky when you get to a plateau though.

. I have had a boiled egg for breakfast and rocket, spinach, parmesan, baby plum tomatoes dressed with balsamic vinegar with a packet of mini cheddars for lunch. Not sure about this evening as DH is away. Maybe jacket spud with prawns.
I managed to walk 2.5 miles this morning and back seems good
. I will keep it gentle this week and maybe try a short run on the treadmill on Friday.
