Gosh this thread is busy at the moment!

I have scraped in under 12 stone this morning Shock but think it will be dehydration rather than actual fat loss. Oh well, it was nice to see!

Am still off work, coughed so much last night I pulled a muscle in my side Hmm it's v boring being poorly. Need to ring my boss in a minute, hope she is as understanding...

DD is doing very well, thanks for asking shark She seems to have got all her spots in one 24-hour period so they are all fading already. Poor poppet must have had 500-odd spots Shock and was v itchy but piriton seemed to work really well to keep it under control. Think we'll keep her off for the rest of the week as she's got a cold now but she probably could go back tomorrow really!

I am skiving off work today too but will prob be back tomorrow. Boo.

Fjorny hurrah for going under 12 tho Sad that you are still poorly and ouch on the pulled muscle Sad pleased dd is on the mend tho poor mite for having so many spots!

Shark couldn't resist a run Blush and was meeting a pal for coffee at the gym so did 1km cross trainer, 5.3km run, 15 mins on dreaded trx and 6 mins on the powerplate.

Bought some Covent garden soup for lunch but it was yuck yuck yuck so had a warburtons thins with tom/cuc/rocket and a scrape of mayo light, twas delicious Smile oh and actimel and bran flakes for brekkie Smile

No idea what to have for tea!

Bless MiniFjorn, though glad it has not been too prolonged Smile. I shall be keeping an eye out for any spots this weekend as that will be 14 days since hardly any exposure Grin

LOTI, that is loads of exercise and not much food - please do give your body enough fuel . I have realised that i get very cold when not eating enough. Brrrrr. Nice and warm now though Grin

I have not looked on the scales

Had dd2 off preschool this am but dispatched to nursery this afo!
Did 1.1km cross trainer and 6km run, did 5 in 28.18 which is my best yet Smile and 5 mins on powerplateSmile

Snow predicted for tonight so thought I better get it in in case the school is closed tomorrow as I do not drive in snow Grin

Being on a diet is boring Sad tempted to go to bed early due first to two bad nights with dd2 but more importantly to stop me snacking!!! Praying the scales like me tomorrow have been sooo good Smile

I am up a bit on yesterday but still down 2 from last Friday and firmly in the 11-something weight range AT LAST Grin and by half a whole pound too, none of this quarter pound nonsense Grin

Only .25 down for the week which I am rather peed off with as I have been within ff all week And by its calcs should be 1.5 down. Will keep on though and I'm sure it will all come good Smile

Well I have finally got some good news down -3.5lbs!! Woo hoo Smile

I have sweated blood guts and tears to get it down, finally using ff properly. However I now need to firstly maintain and secondly keeping it on a downward trend.. And survive half term

shark do you not find that even a bit of booze causes water retention the next day? I bet that's what it is. If you can't resist starting the weekend early you will have to start weighing in on a Thursday Grin. Still, 0.25 down is better than 0.25 up...

Have come to work on the train today and had my reward of a cappuccino. Was very tempted by the pastries this morning and nearly gave in but a combination of willpower and the shocking prices in Caffe Nero helped me keep my resolve . The last time I weighed less than 12 stone was February 2010 so that is an incentive to keep going!
