Shark couldn't resist a run
and was meeting a pal for coffee at the gym so did 1km cross trainer, 5.3km run, 15 mins on dreaded trx and 6 mins on the powerplate.
Bought some Covent garden soup for lunch but it was yuck yuck yuck so had a warburtons thins with tom/cuc/rocket and a scrape of mayo light, twas delicious
oh and actimel and bran flakes for brekkie 
No idea what to have for tea!
