Just done the shred L1 with weights to give me some more cals.. Did what u did shark and put it under general aerobics and ended up with a measly 113 cals, as I am sweating buckets and know I worked hard have put down high aerobics and have now burned 141 Grin

Neighbours came over for tea and we opened some wine. Oh, and they brought apricot crumble. Oops.

I shouldn't be over my 'burn' calorie level, so that should be ok, but no losses for a day or two i would imagine.

5km in 29.20 woo hoo, did another 1km slightly slower so 6km run, 1km cross trainer and 5 powerplate Smile

I am back and on the wagon! Only 4lb+ from weigh in before I left. Food has been wosre since I got home than whilst I was away. I NEED warm comfort food.

Pt session done 40 mins on trx doing cardio/lunges/planks/burpa/squat jumps and side planks and another 5 mins on powerplate

Not sure how to put that exercise in ff Confused

No exercise today, but kept within limits, despite being hijacked by a piece of flapjack this morning! Will head off to the gym or shred tomorrow i think.

loti that is a bugger but you are doing so much exercise it must be muscle, no? How far are you off what you want to weigh?

Well being too ill to eat much has got rid of the extra 1lb from the weekend and am back to Friday's weight plus my stomach muxcles have had a good work out from all the coughing Grin Hoping to lose another 1.75 by Friday to finally get back to 11-something...

I have a minimum of 9lb to lose, gutted, frustrated and hacked off are the words of the day!

I said I wasn't going to exercise today but feeling so Angry about it that am tempted to go running before school pick up!

Today I am eaten an actimel and 30g bran flakes for breakfast and a tuna light lunch with some peas for lunch, all well within my target.

I have had no crisps/nuts for ages and have really limited my sweetie intake, eating loads of fresh salad and some carbs.. Have had a few [glass] but I am talking 1 not two or three a night!!!

Wish there was a magic wand to send the scales in the right direction!

Am knackered tired Sad

I make no food comment here.

LOTI - do you think if you stop for a few days/week it will give your body a chance to catch up? another thing is the original thing was to only weigh on Fridays - your body weight can vary by up to 2.2lb a day depending on time, food, water, poo etc. Try a week of sensible health eating, no manic exercise and see what happens. What is your BMI? I would take a safe bet you are either in the underweight range or the lowest part of normal.

In my head I know you are so right Bil.. Have been exercising pretty hard for days and days now. Think my body really enjoys the buzz and the guilt factor kicks in when I don't do it.

Definitely need to go back to weekly weighs as I am definitely working myself into a tizzy about it.

LOTI, you saw how my weight has varied in the last couple of days Confused. I wouldn't worry too much about the daily variations.

I think it is good to have a rest from exercise for a bit - you are doing masses and your body is probably trying to hold on to some energy for the next gym assault! Given your low body fat % there probably isn't much to get rid of?
I am currently trying to do 4 aerobic exercise sessions + 1 pilates. I think you have done a high intensity every day for a while now? Have a break and enjoy some good option food and i'm sure it will all be good Smile.

I have just done Level 3 shred and half of 6 week six pack, but didn't really enjoy that, hence only the half Hmm

Off for some soup and toast for lunch. Yum.

Well done on weekend loss, but sorry to hear you are still poorly Fjorn. Hope you recover soon. How is DD1 btw?
