I have a minimum of 9lb to lose, gutted, frustrated and hacked off are the words of the day!
I said I wasn't going to exercise today but feeling so
about it that am tempted to go running before school pick up!
Today I am eaten an actimel and 30g bran flakes for breakfast and a tuna light lunch with some peas for lunch, all well within my target.
I have had no crisps/nuts for ages and have really limited my sweetie intake, eating loads of fresh salad and some carbs.. Have had a few [glass] but I am talking 1 not two or three a night!!!
Wish there was a magic wand to send the scales in the right direction!
Am knackered tired
