Logged it as 2/3 of a J D we therspoon portion and with some bread came to 725 calories which is just over my exercise calories earned. After adding dinner and some vino i am just slightly over about ok within ff depending on how much i drink

Might stick to G&T to be a bit better though. Decisions, decisions. Grin

I had a bad day yesterday, had a couple of little biscuits at work then some of the chocolate cake I bought to cheer DD up, and far too much booze Blush so am +1.5 today It has scared me a bit how easily I can fall off the wagon which is so stupid when I was doing so well. So am going to try my new dress on, remember it looks shit and I still need to lose loads, and then not overindulge at all today

Been to gym & taken DD's swimming - 5k run, 3k row, 10 mins powerplate. I have started running with 1kg handweights in a desperate attempt to shift the bingo wings. I HATE my arms in pictures, so they will GO. Not the whole arm obviously, just the wings. Grin

Egg and half a slice of toast & marmalade for brekker, DH made some leek and potato soup for lunch (110 cals per bowl - bargain!), half a slice of bread and some pom bears. Steak & salad with a few oven chips for tea

Well I am -1lb today Grin finally finally Smile

2.25km on cross trainer and 4km run.. Did it in 22mins 30 secs so definitely quicker Smile

Aptimel and a few crackers for brekkie, huge tuna salad for lunch and a homemade lemon muffin Blush it was only small tho Smile

Not sure what to have for tea but will def be having Wine so I reckon that 1lb will be back tomorrow Hmm

Have just made popcorn and FF'd it. All food logged for the day with 120 to spare.

Adding everything on ff really makes you see what you are eating and trying to make better choices ie for me a sweetie or something for the same calories but more filling iykwim?

Shark remind me when your cals remaining goes on red does that mean you are using the cals from exercise Confused

No - going red should mean you have exceeded your limit (normal + exercise) but there is a glitch and mine is showing red even though i have not gone over. 'Grand total' should be less than 'Target'

Yes, i agree LOTI, and for me the benefit is me knowing how much i have gone over/under by. Like today, i feel i have had loads to eat and wine banked and all is still fine. Makes me concentrate on making that effort - eg: 1 bite of hot cross bun rather than a whole one.

Evens here, happy with that. Loti 0.5, is not a lot and probably water retention after wine. Just keep it up for a week or so?

No exercise here today other than building a snowman and roast chicken planned for later. Dh making some celeriac thing which involves a tub of cream Hmm. All needs to fall within 1200. No wine for me methinks!

Yes definitely shark, I think i am finally being true to myself on ff and logging every single thing, think I was a bit hit and miss before!

Going to walk to sainso in the snow with the dds and dh, will log it and hopefully that will give me a much needed extra 100 cals Smile

I have entered my food for today and it's a bit thin on the ground!

Yes, it focusses the mind a bit doesn't it, but also nips in the bud the mindless eating i find.

Bacon sarnie for breakfast, bowl of soup and some salad for lunch and roast chicken & yoghurt all entered. Leaves me 66 calories . Although enough for one G&T Grin
