Tis alright Fjorny - am used to it. I do 90% of the cooking and DH gets all the admiration for his 10% Masterchef offerings

Fri: Row/Run
Sat: Hilly stomp pushing double buggy
Tues: Level 1 shred & weights
Weds: 1k row, 1hr circuits
Thurs: 1.5k run, 1hr pilates
