SharkBite · 01/02/2012 20:09

luckoftheirish · 01/02/2012 21:00

SharkBite · 02/02/2012 07:55

-1.5 to 10.7.5, so 0.75 down on the week ShockShock

Not sure WTAF is happening, but I'll take it Grin. Out tonight but will ff it all.

luckoftheirish · 02/02/2012 07:56

Nothing no change Sad

Onwards and upwards I guess Hmm

Hoping to go to the gym today just for a light workout.. Body is sore after days of exercise but as calorie intake is low need a few extra! We shall see Smile

FjorGynAndHotWater · 02/02/2012 08:11

Woo hoo shark!!!!! Who cares how it works if it works Grin

loti I know it's cold comfort but at least you are not up. How would you feel abou hiding the scales in a cupboard and just going on your measurements? You must be really toned now! How much do you feel you still want to lose?

I am down 1.25 today so 1.75 to go to get back to last Friday. Will be v happy if I can knock off 0.75 today. 1lb is definitely a price worth paying for MrShark's amazing food Grin

luckoftheirish · 02/02/2012 08:27

Oh my god shark that is amazing GrinGrinGrinGrin

Well done too fjorny GrinGrin

No hiding from the scales for me, since I joined this thread overall going on today's weight have lost a measly 0.4lb!!!

I will continue to ff everything and see how I get on, one more day til official weigh in Smile

SharkBite · 02/02/2012 10:44

1.5k run, 1hr pilates.

30 yr old bloke in pilates class reckoned I was 26. I LOVE Pilates GrinGrin

SharkBite · 02/02/2012 12:33

Oi, Fjorn - MrSharky cooked one measly meal and a rather delicious pudding. Harrumph Angry

LOTI - i think i wasn't eating enough over the past 3 weeks as i have definitely had more (and better food) than when cabbage souping and low carbing. We are both doing masses of exercise and actually seeing it on FF does show how food intake needs to increase to cover it.

SharkBite · 02/02/2012 14:49

Hurrah. After allowing for tea and 2 large glasses of wine tonight i am still within my FF limit!

I may even brave the scales tomorrow......

FjorGynAndHotWater · 02/02/2012 15:14

Sorry shark BlushBlushBlush I had my head turned by the tarte tatin Grin

Your chicken & cannellini bean casserole was the yummiest though, I really should have written down the recipe

luckoftheirish · 02/02/2012 15:15

Woo hoo sexy mama shark GrinGrin

Fjorny think u dug yourself a hole there girl Grin

So shattered but did 1km cross trainer and 5km run tho in 30.30 so slightly slower Blush

SharkBite · 02/02/2012 18:48

Tis alright Fjorny - am used to it. I do 90% of the cooking and DH gets all the admiration for his 10% Masterchef offerings

Well done on the exercise LOTI Smile.

I have done 5 this week:

Fri: Row/Run
Sat: Hilly stomp pushing double buggy
Tues: Level 1 shred & weights
Weds: 1k row, 1hr circuits
Thurs: 1.5k run, 1hr pilates

Smile

Good luck all for a randomly fabulous weigh in tomorrow HmmGrin

FjorGynAndHotWater · 02/02/2012 18:57

luckoftheirish · 02/02/2012 19:40

FjorGynAndHotWater · 03/02/2012 06:33

Another 1 off so am only +0.75 up on last Friday. Not bad when I have only had 3 nights off drinking Shock. So all being well I should break the 12-stone barrier next week and will just have to navigate the minefield that is half term...

Well done on all your magnificent exercise both of you [impressed]

luckoftheirish · 03/02/2012 07:44

Well done fjorny Smile so pleased you have finally find a diet that is working for you Smile

Me on the other hand not so good, still the very same HmmAngry following ff to the letter, eating my calorie allowance including exercise and no more, so frustrated!

SharkBite · 03/02/2012 08:16

luckoftheirish · 03/02/2012 14:14

Awesome exercise shark Smile and enjoy your lunch you deserve it Smile

Warburton thin for lunch with some cucumber and extra light mayo, dieting is soooo boring Hmm

SharkBite · 03/02/2012 16:52

Oops - fish & chips. BUT I shared it with DD2, took most of the batter off and drank diet coke. Not sure how to ff that tbh ConfusedGrin
