Well done on the 5k LOTI - tres impressive. I think when i was doing masses of exercise before that i actually wasn't eating enough. I am going to really try and properly stick to FF for the whole of February to give it all time to get to a consistent level and see what happens. Hopefully by March i will be c.10.3 ish (although that will be the lowest if i FF every day including weekends and )
Your body fat % was very low wasn't it? I think this is a better indicator than the scales. Apparently i could be 7st 13 and still be a 'normal' BMI. At that weight i wouldn't even like to imagine what i would look like
