shark was it you was complaining about shrinking at the weekend? DD has measured me today and I am not 5' 7" any more Shock I am only 5' 6.5" and that's being generous Shock This no doubt means more weight to lose to get under the 'normal' barrier

I ended up drinking wine again last night after the trauma of the car feeble excuse so this morning's weigh was only -0.5. Been v good today so hopefully tomorrow will se a bit more of a dent in the weekend's overindulgence!

Am on the train to work all week so that'll be a bit of exercise for a change. it's going to be frrrreeeeezing though.

Yes, i was measured at 5.4, but i have already downgraded myself from 5.5 1/2 to 5.5 and i am not going shorter than that yet

Fjorn - sadly, yes more weight to be 'normal' weight and then a lower daily calorie allowance

Circuits in the morning and i am about to set my FF up for the day so i know where i am at Smile

Well i have planned boiled eggs for brekker, bacon sandwich & fruit for lunch and spag bol & yoghurt for tea. Sounds good for a diet lol!

well yes, that is actually 1221 calsm my exact limit! but i will have 484 extra from circuits so snacks will be covered and probably a bigger dinner portion!

I have done the calculations properly (well I have let the internet do it) rather than reading off a graph and it turns out I need to be 11 5 at 5'7", 11 3 at 5'6.5" and 11 stone at 5'6" which is the nearest to my new height but if I split the difference it'll be 11 2.5 which is still far far away.

Oh well, need to keep remembering how successful my first three weeks of low carbing were and keep my motivation going...

I am down 1.5 today so still 3 to go but have 48 hours to get closer. Am back in the low carb groove without too much bread-whimpering and surprisingly wasn't even a bit tempted by the biscuits at playgroup yesterday Shock

Cottage cheese for breakfast today but think I will put that off for a while and have another cuppa first...

10 mins on cross trainer (2km) and 5.14km running which I did in 30 mins no stopping!! So proud of myself as I have never run non stop for that long Smile

Forgot that I have a pt session at 5.30 eek

Well done on the 5k LOTI - tres impressive. I think when i was doing masses of exercise before that i actually wasn't eating enough. I am going to really try and properly stick to FF for the whole of February to give it all time to get to a consistent level and see what happens. Hopefully by March i will be c.10.3 ish (although that will be the lowest if i FF every day including weekends and )

Your body fat % was very low wasn't it? I think this is a better indicator than the scales. Apparently i could be 7st 13 and still be a 'normal' BMI. At that weight i wouldn't even like to imagine what i would look like Shock

Calories at 1288 for today (have switched to cottage pie & peas as i found some leftover taytoe in the fridge). So, i will not have used all my calorie allowance but close enough so i can have a drink at the pub tomorrow night Grin
