Hi - fancy joining me on a support thread for Dukan - whatever stage you are at!!

I have lost 18lb and have 10 lb to go but really need to keep motivated.....................please join!

Am on a protein day:

breakfast - greek yog mixed with a WW yog and oat bran
skimmed latte

hot robinsons orange

lunch - ham omlette with tuna

dinner - roast chicken, cottage cheese

woop woop!!

Hello! I am back at work and wow it is so much easier when I am away from home / very busy / on my feet all day! Lost 3lb this week and I am cheating tomorrow with wine as I often do. It makes weight loss slower but for me more sustainable. Gin and slim is better but it's a 40th party and I know it will be prosecco etc. about to do my walk - then an early night so no snacking!

Literally haven't eaten or drunk anything forbidden since I started . The only I don't do is eat oat bran because it's vile !

Hi bish - at first I did not cheat at all but I am now v close to TW so I plan to be v strict all week with some wine at the weekend but still sticking to Dukan cruise.
If I gain I will do strict Dukan and no cheats. It's about walking for
Me as well - a few wine don't seem
To throw me so much as long as I am sticking to the diet and walking!

Well done for getting near your true weight . How much have you lost? I have about 6 pounds to go but I'm scared to spoil it with alcohol although I am looking forward to my whole meal toast !!Smile

Joining in too, starting at 69kg and trying to get to 59kg, my pre-pregnancy weight and the weight that allows me to wear all the clothes in my wardrobe.

5-day attack starts tomorrow, please wish me luck as I've never been on a diet before!

Hi Everyone. I've been rubbish about posting, blame it on the school holidays, but normal routine starts Wednesday :-)
Had a few cheats this week as have been off work with the girls for the end of the holidays but I am down to 10 stone 2lbs this morning which makes 2 stone 4 lbs off over the summer and 9 lbs to go. I went to a kiddies party yesterday and saw some people I haven't seen over the summer, had some lovely compliments which is enough to restore the willpower ! I've gone from blonde to brunette too so feel like a new woman. Nearly cried when I put on my first size 12 jeans in about 10 years ! I'm hoping that the last 9lbs will move me into a size 10, fingers' crossed :-) xx

I just weighed in and I'm 9 stone 7!!!!! That was always my top weight before this baby but I don't care !! It has made the last few months worth it !! My true weight is 4 lbs away and I supposedly have until the 9 ty to achieve it . I guess it's do able as I have my period but we will see .. Yay the dukan!!

I'm 67.2kg this morning, down from 68 from day 1. It's only only day three of the attack phase but I'm still happy so I totally get your excitement :))

Bishboshone that's fantastic ! I can't wait to get into the "9's", I'm stuck at 10 stone 2 this week. Started the 30 day shred last night so that should shift it. Brilliant result though for you :-) Not long until you can have your celebration meal, I'm holding out for pancakes with chocolate buttons in the middle !

I am just about to embark on the Dukan diet. I have the book, not going to register on their site, however it says I need to do the attack phase for 5 days. Just a couple of questions really. Am I ok to eat onions and peppers on this phase. Also what about Muller Light fat free yoghurts. I have an incredibly sweet tooth and eating meat all day for 5 days will be a real struggle.

Any advice would be greatly received.

elWatson in attack phase you're not supposed to have any veg or fruit. For a sweet tooth sugar free jelly (orange) did it for me as did natural fat free yogurt with sweetener and cinammon. Activia vanilla fat free yogurts worked for me too.
Good luck,the attack is tough but it works! Stick to it and you'll be amazed.

Have been watching this thread for a while and would love to join- brilliant motivation idea and drywhite your weight loss has really helped spur me on!

On day 4 of the attack now (doing seven attack days) and SO sick of eggs. Was just wondering do you lose more weight in the attack phase if you have more weight to lose?

Hope today has gone well everyone:)

my diary today is

Brekkie: No fat Greek Yog and 1 1/2 tbsp oat bran

Lunch: prawns and an egg

Dinner: beef steak and half an onion (is the onion allowed??)

Snacks: Squid and a little bit of yog.

Does this sound ok?

Hi,

I'm on day 5 of my Attack phase, I was 85kg when I started and I'm 81.1kg today! I'm quite happy, even though my target weight is still very far away!

I was at the supermarket today and need some advice: I saw these delicious Muller Light fat free yogurts, and it says they are fat free but they have dark chocolate sprinkles! What do you think, could I eat them? I'm very tempted, but don't want to compromise the effort!

Strictly speaking you're not allowed any veg on attack but I can't see that half an onion once will harm.
