Starting on tuesday (Nov 1st) I will be commencing my November boot camp. The rules are:
- 30 mins exercise every day
- No booze and lots of water
- No processed food and lots of fruit and veg
That's it. Easy right? Join me if you want to, i'm aiming to lose at least a stone, (ideally 1.5 stone by middle of Dec) taking me to 10st. I'll be weighing in on Fridays and logging food/exercise diary here to keep on track.
