Welcome to my November boot camp!

Starting on tuesday (Nov 1st) I will be commencing my November boot camp. The rules are:

  1. 30 mins exercise every day
  2. No booze and lots of water
  3. No processed food and lots of fruit and veg

That's it. Easy right? Join me if you want to, i'm aiming to lose at least a stone, (ideally 1.5 stone by middle of Dec) taking me to 10st. I'll be weighing in on Fridays and logging food/exercise diary here to keep on track.

Welcome mirai, inches is probably better than weight anyway. I should have started with inches but the thought was too depressing.

So Lucky hows it going?

I've surprised myself by losing 2lb last week and again this week. So I've reached 11 stone at last. I want to keep going and get down to 10 stone or even 9st 13lb, imagine that. I dont know how realistic this is but I'm going to give it a go. It feels so nice wearing size 12 jeans and I even bought a dress from Dotty Ps and had to get it in 12 as the 14 was too baggy. Hurrah.

Sorry for boasting but I can't do it in real life.
