Managed to fit in a L1 Shred today with 1.5 kg weights during the cardio, that'll do me!

. I know exactly what you mean. I sort of hit a plateau and became quite demoralised, although I wasn't dieting. My body stopped changing so quickly and I lost my va va voom as a result. Do you need inspiration for the diet? Or for continued Jillian'ing? For the second answer: Burn Fat Boost Metabolism! Do you have it? It's a real corker of a workout and you'll feel great afterwards, depsite feeling like you want to die during it...

Jackster that sounds like a really beneficial session with the PT. I'm definitely guilty of my arms being in the wrong place for the push ups, perhaps that's how I strained a muscle? I'm sure I am with the other things you mentioned too, but that was the one I recognised instantly.
