. The pike crunch is horrible and I tend to do that with my legs bent. I can't remember whether it was in Shred, or was it NMTZ? You definitely feel worked out by the end of L3, although I didn't ache today as much as I thought I would. Hope your knee is holding up...
McPie brilliant trouser news!! Even though weight loss is slow, I think it's right that weight that comes off slower is less likely to go back on again? Then again I might be talking rubbish 
Keep going gingercat! Remember you'll most likely see the positive results of Shred from a tape measure than the scales. I totally get that feeling weaker thing. I've been doing some sort of Jillian torture on and off since Jan 1 2011 and any level of Shred can still floor me! I tend to think that's okay though as it must still be doing me good.
