Gingercat I'd go up to L3 if you think don't think you're being pushed by L2 any more (mind you all the levels seem to push me when I go back to them!).

Hi Careless! I reckon if you can do Burn Fat you can definitely handle Ripped. I think it's a bit more intense than Shred, maybe cos it's faster, or it feels it! There are quite a few moves that are also in Shred/BFBM etc. so it's not all unfamiliar. Mind you, I've not got past L2 yet and reports on L3 and L4 are quite

Good to know I'm not the only person suffering that cardio section, and I'm usually okay with cardio... I actually feel a bit sick by the end of it! I tend to do the cheat version of her abs stuff as my lower back is a bit iffy, I should maybe be a bit braver!
Have finished up work for the day and am procrastinating by writing here...L2 Day 5 will be done by the end of the day!
