Changeforthebetter - Well done on your 9lb loss so far. How about motivating yourself by weighing out 9lbs in potatoes or something like that! Try lifting that bag and you'll see how brilliantly you've done so far. Get back to tracking as soon as you can!
HattiFatner - great news about your 10%. Have people started noticing? I seem to remember that you've got about the same amount to lose as me, and I think that people started noticing on me once I'd lost about 2 stone. It's a fantastic motivator when people tell you how great you're looking 
Blondes - PP worked for you once, and it will work for you again if you want it to. However, you might just want to have a change and try something new, or just focus on looking after yourself emotionally at the moment. We will be here for you, whether you are doing WW or not. Tarty - really glad things have worked for you this week. Tracking really is so important!
I'm off to visit a class in half an hour. I really don't feel very positive as I've gone completely off the rails this week. I coudnt; get to a class last week, and it made me become very lax about weighing, measuring and tracking. So, I'm going to be brave and go and weigh in so I can draw and line under this little crap phase, and start again!
