Been very naughty and went to pizza hut yesterday and had
nachos and cheese (sharing plate)
4 slices of meat feast type pizza
and a cookie dough desert ! 
Think i used up all the weeklies and my daily allownce at lunch .
Knew i was going so , had little cerial and skimmed milk at brekkie and couldnt face having dinner.
Oh well , start again today ! 
today ive had shreddies - 4 points , semi -skimed milk -2 points , small banana 0 points , green tea 0 points ...and lots and lots of water 
Lunch ive just had mexican rice 11 points , and some apple 0 points.
For dinner , ive planned to have salad and some wafer thin ham and a poached egg (yummy) .
And ive got a pre made fruit salad for pudding .
still got 3 points to use ...can i just skip them and hope it goes against yesterdays munching disaster ? or do i have to use them ?
