Hi all! Back from hols too :) Had some good days, and some baaad days, but hey it WAS a holiday! Good news is it doesn't seem to have put me right back into the middle of the bad habits zone, I have actully missed exercise, and I only seem to have put on a pund or so :o So I reckon a week of focusing on getting it right again and I'll be back on trach from where I left of. Today's "Supersculpt" session was seriously hard work though! (I did take the DVD away with me and did do a couple of sessions, but that wasn't enough obviously)

Ria - bah! to your mother (no offence meant btw!). If you can't have a few chips on holiday then it's a poor show! I thoroughly enjoyed my portion of sausage and chips on the seafront at Cromer! And the white hot chocolate I had in that cafe one day. But families eh? I still haven't quite got over hearing my parents talking about me the day I came home after graduating from university, and all they had to say was how I'd put on some weight and wasn't it a shame. But did they seem to notice last week that I'd lost 3 stone since they last saw me? That'll be a no then :(

Guys. If you want to see some seriously inspirationsal stories about MAJOR weight loss. Check out Fat, Sick and Nearly dead on Facebook. It's the facebook page of the film made by an Australian guy with 100lb's to lose and all sorts of health issues. He did a 60 day Juice Fast and lost the lot. The film inspired so many people that there are now thousands of them on the page posting their stories. Most people lose 1-2lbs a day and it stays off. Nowhere near as hard as it sounds (I had 30lbs to lose and have lost 25lbs since the middle of June). Worth a look? www.facebook.com/FatSickandNearlyDead

Hi jammy, welcome backSmile Hope you had a good time. Shame your parents didn't notice your loss, but you know, and it's always good to know something your parents don'tWink

bah indeed to my motherWink

you're doing fab RG.

I am stuck. And trying to get motivated again. Have a fridge full of healthy stuff, it's just getting it into my mouth that's the problem! Really need to get exercising too. Was going to swim this week in the mornings, but had a couple of early starts for DH to go to hospital etc... Next week might be better, but it'll have to be walking as DH is leaving his job tomorrow (long story, no doubt you will hear itWink) Back on citalopram from Thursday, whatever it was that I was taking was BAD (sleepy, disorientated, bad tempered, weight gain, etc. Not good).

Hope you guys have a good SundaySmile

No offence ILoveshoes001, but I don't much fancy that. But if it works for you, then good for youSmile. Now if it was a sauvignon blanc diet, I would be very interested!
