waddling in to join if that's ok...
WI was tonight, started last week, and i lost 8lbs. which is great and encourgaing (although i know it's mostly water-loss!)
i don't know how much i want to lose. i'd love to lose 4 stone, but i know from the past that it's impossible for me maintain that weight without starving myself. so i think 2 stone 10lbs would be sensible and would just bump me into healthy BMI range.
my only problem is that i'm craving sweet things, but i can't eat yogurts because they give me the squits

any ideas for anything free and sweet and non-dairy (apart from fruit) that i could have?
also have found out that sponge fingers are 1 syn each... result.
have gorged a bit this evening as have a full week until next WI... does anyone else do this..?
