riven I only do green days as I'm a wankertarian. I do occasionally have the odd red day where I eat mainly fish but I lost 2.5 stone on green days.

When I went to class many people complained when EE was introduced as their weight loss reduced.

I have put on over a stone. Now you have said about that 2500 calories it makes me realise just how much shite I've been shovelling! Grin

I dont get on with EE at all as I dont eat lots of superfree vegies- my main veggies are peas & sweetcorn which are only free on Green not Red and not superfree

I tend to do almost exclusively Green days- and lost nighon 3 stone doing it

Some lean meat (but I think you maybe veggie?) or fish
ryvitas
laughing cow type cheese
16 peanuts
57g reduced fat or 28g full fat hummus
57g bread
28g of almost any cheese
cereal
hifi bsr or alpen lights
dried or canned fruit

Any use?

Yay. I lost 5lbs on my first week. Kind of miraculous because I only really stuck to the plan for 4 days because it took me that long to get my head around it.

Hi, I started back last night after giving up last year.

I have a lot of weight to get off Sad Over 5 stone!

Am aiming for 3 by the summer though.

Have just had scrambled eggs and lean bacon for breakfast, am trying to do all reds this week for a good first loss.

Heres to a slimmer year ladies! Grin

Is it hard or not? I actually love cooking and planning food, but then I love eating it as well...

I joined on Thursday and i am confused!!

Did Scottish Slimmers in 2006 and lost loads,stopped going and piled a fair bit back on. Tried getting back into SS but didn't work.

So going to SW with my cousin.

Get the gist of the plan but feel like i am eating too much.

So if i make the chicken tikka masala for dinner how much rice should i have for instance?

MyBrilliant - It's fab. I've lost 11.5lb in 2 weeks....... (I know people that have lost and kept off alot of weight).

Agalchangedhername - If you're doing an Extra Easy day you can have as much rice as you want. (I know it seems too good to be true - but as long as you're having a third of your plate as Superfree stuff you WILL lose weight).

Hey! I am starting back on the SW diet for the 2nd time. The first time was just after I had DD2 and I only did it for about a month but lost a stone in that time. I have put it all back on again (DD2 will be 2 in April)and more too I think.

Can't get to a group and can't afford the online thing so just going to go it alone as I know the Extra easy plan quite well and liked it before and will use google when I find things I don't know!

Day 1 today and so far so good. I am unsure on how much weight I have to loose (I will have a better idea when I get on the wii fit tonight for the first time in a long time!) But basically I am about a size 16/18 and want to get down to a size 12 - which is what I was before I had children.

Sorry - I mean is the eating plan hard to maintain? I'm a greedy guts and am doing quite a lot of exercise at the moment so get really hungry.

I hate going hungry. Which is why I can't count points (what do you mean, I've hit my target so can't eat a banana?!) Depriving myself really does NOT work for me.

I have to have a big meal. For me it's a must..... haven't felt deprived yet. (Just had a chinese takeaway and a couple of beers - all synned).

I'm not obsessed with food the way I was on WW points either...... (Nothing more likely to make you want to eat than knowing you've run out of points).

(I should probably mention I do want to lose about 6st so my losses have started big).

Wow well done, you have lost so much! How did you do it, was it just died or did you exercise also?

I joined sw last night, and have a massive amount of weight to loose, I was a stone heavier than I thought I was, on wards and upwards, the weight will go eventually x
