NicknameInUse · 25/11/2010 15:34

Working on my shopping list to get some good food in tomorrow (I'm a bad one for not eating properly through the day and then too much in the evening).
God knows what I can piece together for dinner tonight!

Glad your feeling more perky spare, also glad I wasn't the only one to have a dip in enthusiasm today! Grin

Thanks red and brovo re. cakegate!

chocoholic · 25/11/2010 17:40

Day 9 done here.

Did level 2 again but without the 4 year old and dogs help today. Might have to rope them in again tomorrow as it was even harder without them!!!

MickyLee · 25/11/2010 19:03

Didn't manage today :(

I needed to use the window of DS's naptime to clean.. some jobs like shred and mopping can't be handled with him around.

May try to do 2 lots of level 1, one after the other tomorrow (see after the first round first though)

chocoholic · 25/11/2010 19:08

Can you do it now Micky?

Sugarmuppet · 25/11/2010 19:14

If you think your going to die - Stay with Jillian!!

Too Late

MickyLee · 25/11/2010 19:33

mummynoseynora · 25/11/2010 19:54

Just done day 3!!! Shock

MickyLee · 25/11/2010 19:59

nora well done. I agree with you on the squats and I find those side lunges a killer too.

Sugarmuppet · 25/11/2010 20:15

I think its getting easier nora. And I'm sure I can feel a difference. Been trying to diet as well, day 7 of no crap. But my god do my legs and tummy muscles hurt.

Pain is good? Right?

ThatVikRinA22 · 25/11/2010 20:17

i go to the gym regularly but im not losing any weight at all...

so ive just ordered this...should i believe the hype? and do you have to do it every day then? i think i could manage 20 mins..

on the days i go to the gym too should i still do this aswell?

mummynoseynora · 25/11/2010 20:22

glad its not just me mickey!

I am not aching too much atm muppet - although my legs have ached all day! Pain is very good! Confused

erm only on day 3 vicar so no advice I am afraid - but its certainly a good workout! Have you been 'phoning it in' at the gym? Grin

mummyshreddingnora · 25/11/2010 20:31

check out my new name! Grin

Sugarmuppet · 25/11/2010 20:44

oooooh get you!

Where did you get your weights? Am going to invest. Don't think I could hurt anymore anyway!

acebaby · 25/11/2010 20:55

just did Day 3. Honestly didn't feel like it. I am very sore and have been up since 4am with DS2 and then in London on a work thing and not back until 8pm . But I'm glad I did it.

I used 1kg weights for the first time and it was massively harder! I think I'm going to be a follower of Anita for some time to come

Well done everyone

Redder thanks for the inspirational posts. Just what I needed (you are much better than Killian at keeping me going) Smile

mummyshreddingnora · 25/11/2010 21:08

erm hubby got them from work.... Blush I am married to a gym instructor and a blimp!

Ace - I keep wanting to 'read' you as Ace AceBaby - -Pleaaaaaasssssse rename yourself to it! Grin and well done for making yourself do it!

Sugarmuppet · 25/11/2010 21:43

Ah so what does your husband think of Jillian then nora?

Can't he whip you into shape? Wink

mummyshreddingnora · 25/11/2010 21:47

he could but being female I get stroppy with him Grin PLUS he's normally at work when I could do it!

He thinks its great, and was rather pleased that the ab work she is forcing encouraging me to do is pretty much the same as he suggested

MickyLee · 26/11/2010 06:15

Just finished day 7 (in 9 days though) So glad I did it first thing. Checkin later once I can breath

redderthanred · 26/11/2010 06:49

Day 5 done, at 6am again. Exercising in the morning is where its at i think.
Ive never exercised in the morning ever, in my whole life.
But its awesome, gets it out of the way, really energises you and you get to feel virtous all day.

No aches and pains today, Really feeling good.

Half way through level one now... not sure if thats a good thing, or a thing to be scared of though.

MickyLee · 26/11/2010 08:43

I agree, after this morning. Exercising first thing is much better.

Some progress reports on my side.

Waist lost 3.5cm
hips 0.5cm
left leg 1cm
left arm 0.5cm

never bothered to measure right side, figured it would be the same as left.

Never had these kind of results even with a personal trainer or months at the gym. Killian is wicked!

Pinkytinky · 26/11/2010 09:20

I've slacked and had two days off. Was going to put off my time with killian until this afternoon but checking in on the thread has inspired me to get back to it straight away. Thanks guys.

I do hope it's not like going back to day one that would be a killer. Wish me luck, day 5 here I come.
