fitflop I am using a website called weightlossresources to lose weight. I have lost 25lbs (and have about another 25 to go Sad) to get to my lowest adult weight, which is what I am aiming for. The great thing about this particular plan is that you keep a food and exercise diary and can offset the exercise against the food, and thus eat more!

Yes Nora yours are bigger than mine!!! I'm now using custard (425g) (dh ate my tomato soup! Angry)

Was planning on going to buy proper weights today but the 2 foot of snow put pay to that!!! (I have shovelled a lot of snow and thrown a lot of snowballs so have been working those muscles)

fitflop I am trying so hard with my diet, but it was really really bad before so now I am prob just eating what is considered normal!

I have to say I am in awe of your level 2!!!

Although I am fully aware of how much harder I have worked tonight! slightly wobbly legs again Grin might give it another couple of days and then try 2... whats it like?? is it hell?!?!?!

Not as bad as I imagined. I certainly didn't feel as bad as I did after doing level 1 for the first time!! Was quite surprised at how easy I found some of it, but there was other bits that I found really hard, no middle ground!

Just stood up there, was measuring myself to see how tall I am, to work out BMI and my legs were like jelly!

Ooo.. I am feeling the level 3 today. In my back (not in a bad way) Level 3 works loads more on back and core and I can really tell.

I feel good.. do di do di do do... so good.. so good.. I've got you (killian)

I love Jennifer Anistons body so looked up her measurments last night... girls she has a 24 inch waist!!!!! never mind.. live in hope hey.

Just did day 8. I did some of the harder moves too and really put all my effort into it. Did it all with 100% effort. I want those 8 1/2 inches to be 10 inches at 10 days.

I was tempted to go onto level 2 tomorrow, but then, i think i could do with two more days building up strenght.

Redder - planning on another couple of days of level one here working with the heavier weights and trying to follow Natalies moves more before I go up to level 2!

Im very jealous of you all on day 8! I just done day 3 and it was the hardest of them all, not sure if its because i put more of an effort in or because my body is in shock!

Im really please to have attempted 2/3 more push ups(girly) than normal, but even then i can only bend about and inch as i have the upper body strenth of a dry twig. And i also managed to do the bicycle crunches for the first time as i have no co-ordination!

Roll on day 4, which i think will be hard considering im in work all day and i find it hard to motivate myself at night.

Morning Shredettes!

More snow here overnight so not going to brave the shops for my weights again today. Poor OH has been stuck on the motorway for 2 hours. What could I use that is heavier than tins? Bottles of juice maybe?

slobbadan - day 3 is the worse i think. I remember even the knee warm ups hurt like crazy on that day.
But day 4 is easier. Promise. Just hang on in there.

I too had no upper body strenght. I couldnt even do the girly push up. I had to to it on my knees with my bum in the air, basically just lifting my chest up and down and i found that hard.

Today, i did proper girly push ups for the whole sets. Im not getting as low as i want. But im doing them. In 8 days that is amazing.

So - if i can do it. So can you.

sugarmuppet, maybe you could fill water bottles with something a bit heavy like lentils or rice?

I have done day 7 - won't be able to do it tomorrow and am dreading Wednesday being like day 1 or day 2! I foolishly did not measure before starting and now think it is too late - although I am on weightwatchers on-line and today is my day for recording my weight and have managed to put on 2lbs - oops! Will do better this week and eat less chocolate!

Hi guys, I brought the DVD after being inspired by the comments on here. Took a week for the DVD to arrive so i was very keen to start (but also slightly scared!).

So, im now on day 3, im doing both level 1 and 2. Level 1 in the morning when i wake up and level 2 later in the afternoon. I may just stick to Level 2 though as I feel like ive done more of a workout afterwards. My muscles are aching and my legs tremble after doing Level 2! Level 2 is bloody hard!

Ive been eating the same crappy food so now im going to be strict with myself, dont want to put myself through all that for nothing. I want to lose at least half a stone and im really motivated reading how much inches people have lost in less then a week. I reckon if i eat good healthy food i will be on the right track. Here's to us!

Oh and I think we Mumsnetters should have shares in her DVD sales, we must have increased it by at least 100% :)

Twice? In one day? You are barmy!!

A weekend off for me and I really missed it. Might have to be brave and do it with the rest of the family around next weekend.

Day 11 for me and it was horrible. I don't know if it is because I'm managing more of level 2 but my thighs are hurting today. All those squats.

Finally remembered to measure (Shock bit of a horrible shock!) so really hoping I get smaller.

As you have all said yes it does get easier..
I still ache in the thighs...

Hate jumping jacks things! Why oh why!!

Just out of interest when do you move to level 2 etc... Not that I am ready in any shape or form!!
