I have my class tonight so I will report back later with any loss (and hopefully no gains). My friend at work was off sick all last week and she came back this morning and said i looked like i had lost weight, I think she was just trying to be nice, but i felt really pleased 
I made the carbonara last night and it was lovely! Highly recommend it. I was also having a look through some recipes last night and seen that you can make a slimming world version of ferrero rocher for 1 syn each, by mixing up scan bran, nutella and syrup. I love ferreros, so i might give it a go.
Our class leader is bringing along scan bran for us to try tonight, then will have some avaliable if we want to buy it, apparently if you eat it, is does something to your metobolism and speeds up weight loss, I am thinking about bying some even if i don't like it!!! Has anyone tried it?
Also does anyone know where you can buy Quark? DD loves chicken kievs and I was going to make the slimming world recipe ones for us, but I can't buy quark anywhere, although i have seen it mentioned in a few recipes?!
