I'm still here but didn't get into town today to the official scales (mine are very inaccurate!). Will go on Saturday. I have been a good girl and my jeans seem to have a bit more room, so...

fishie · 09/09/2005 12:06

hoorah ebfm i'm off to weigh self soon, do hope i'll have good news to report too. i weigh baby at same place, ridiculous really hoping for him to be more and me less.

fishie · 09/09/2005 15:38

hmm, i think i may have lost 200g. difficult to say for sure as unfortunately the scales were being used to prop the door of baby massage room open and i was rather surrounded. but i am pleased anyway

sweetbean · 09/09/2005 15:41

fishie · 09/09/2005 15:44

EvesBigFatMama · 09/09/2005 20:20

well my eating was great, but i had a naughty meal in tesco with dd for dinner(we were 'inbetween' playgroup and shopping so we kill time that way), cheese pastry thing, chips and carrots and peas, fat free red bull...but that was at 2.30 and im still stuffed!

prior to that i had a small bowl of cheerios half snaffled by dd again, with s.s.milk.

then for lunch two slices of whole and white toasted with one sliced of cheese on each topped with tescos low fat low salt beans..so i forgive myself the naughty dinner

EvesBigFatMama · 09/09/2005 20:21

NoPearls · 10/09/2005 12:44

Sob - pass a tissue. I have eaten salad, soup, no biscuits, refused goodies, had water instead of an ice cream AND PUT ON ONE POUND!!! How???? My home scales said I had lost 2 - 3 lbs this morning but the 'official' ones in Boots said I now weigh 11 st 12 lb.

dabihp · 10/09/2005 14:31

Hello-I'm still here. Had a dreadful week, feeling really stressed and not done weightwatchers properly at all. Consequently put on 2lbs. Will make a big effort next week.

compo · 10/09/2005 19:27

ah cider, love Strongbow and Old English!! Not too bad today - prawn sandwich and a few chips for lunch and pesto pasta for tea.
BUT choc spread on toast for breakfast, and gin and tonic, 2/3s bottle of wine tonight (I know the bottle sin't going to last!!)
So not really good at all....

NoPearls · 10/09/2005 20:22

Yep, Fishie, same scales. Thought I was being super-scientific using them. Can't use water retention as a reason either. Maybe try standing on one foot only next time?

EvesBigFatMama · 10/09/2005 20:23

hi nopearls, were the scales in boots the ones you originally got weighed on?

EvesBigFatMama · 10/09/2005 20:23

oops x posts their

dabihp · 10/09/2005 20:24

bugger, we're not really doing too good and at such an early stage! we need a giid swift kick up the arse from those sanctamoniously sticking t o it!

fishie · 10/09/2005 20:47

ah nopearls, the real secret is to use obscure measurements.

really wanted to run amok in waitrose bakery section today, having wine now instead. chickpea curry last night, it was surprisingly nice but i made full quantity (for 8) so will have to be lunch till about thursday
