Got mine on preorder…. I’m excited and a little apprehensive… have two stone to lose.

I have one more week of 1.5mg to go and have opted to go up to 4mg
Have lost 10lb which im really happy with but finding hunger creeping back in, so hoping 4mg is going to make the difference.
Side effects wise apart from first weekend where bloating was awful I’ve been ok
Touch of nausea but realised that was my signal to eat something
Couple of days of slightly dodgy stomach but nothing unbearable
Happy so far as long as I don’t think about the cost

Twoshoesnewshoes · 30/07/2026 17:22

I’m on 4mg as of today.
ill update in a few days - fingers crossed for some difference as it was negligible on the 1.5mg

OntheTrainX · 30/07/2026 17:30

I’ll be starting 4mg soon. I hope I see better suppression.

Feeling Down.

Day 13 and the weight loss has stalled. I've got hardly any suppression at all and I just crave all the old bad things from before 😞
I dont even feel like Im taking the pills at all.

If you're still on the 1.5mg that sounds par for the course.

As for the weight loss stalling - have patience. I've been through a couple of ten day plateaus in the last three months, where the weight has not only not gone down it's oscillated within about a one and a half pound range, but then decided to start dropping again. This is very frustrating when it happens, especially if you know you've been doing everything you should, but as long as the long-term trend is down it's best not to worry. Mine has been steady at 4-5 lbs a month taken long-term, but within the last couple of weeks I dithered around up and down before finally settling into another downward trend.

@Chickadeeinme thank you.

Im just worried that without the suppression and full feeling, I will start to put weight back on.

I guess I just need to be patient

Swap to another provider like Medicine Market Place who are currently doing 2.4mg Wegovy for £135 with no new customer discount or referral code needed.

Wow that's a massive saving. Thank you x

Day 14

For some strange reason, I have the full feeling back this morning.
Ive only had coffee but feel too full to eat.

This is how I felt in the first couple of days.

Ive decided that Im only going to weigh once a week as I think daily weighs are making me feel worse about lack of movement on the scales.

StickyPits · 31/07/2026 16:46

Weighing once a week is advisable. Daily weighing just plays with your head.

Chickadeeinme · 31/07/2026 20:37

I’m not convinced of that. I’ve weighed daily for five months now, and although it is indeed irritating and frustrating to see the scales oscillate up and down for a week or more when you know you’re doing everything right, for me it would be more depressing to discover my weight unchanged after a week of not weighing. At the moment I know that the scales will oscillate but eventually trickle slowly down.

Florabella · 01/08/2026 07:08

Well I have lost precisely nothing in 3 weeks. Really hope going up to 4mg makes me less hungry as at this point I am just throwing away a lot of money.

Twoshoesnewshoes · 01/08/2026 09:10

Day 4 on 4 mg
i feel
sick as soon as i take it - I have been able to go back to sleep but still feel sick for a couple of hours.
i started to feel some suppression yesterday which was exciting.
then ate half a bag of revells whilst watching the He-Man movie.
sigh

FloatOn · 01/08/2026 20:51

So good to hear everyone's experiences, I was weighing all the time but it looked like I wasn't losing yet my clothes felt better on me, just cracked out the old scales (I'd been using junipers gree ones) and I've lost 5lbs. I'm happy.
I've ordered 1.5mg, gonna do another batch of it and see what happens. I'm really only eating one meal a day so a bit worried 4mg might put me off all together and my family is suffering as I'm not really up for cooking properly.

StickyPits · 02/08/2026 08:21

My 4mg tablets have arrived. I’m a bit concerned that I’m going away next week and need to start taking them away from home. I don’t want any side effects ruining my holiday. Do you think I should start them before I go or just wait until I’ve finished the 1.5?

Twoshoesnewshoes · 02/08/2026 09:39

@FloatOn that’s great! How long on 1.5 before you started losing weight?

@StickyPits i am on day 5 of 4mg - well, I would be, but I didn’t take it this morning.
i felt nauseous all day yesterday, it really spoiled my weekend, also I wouldn’t have been able to go to work feeling like that.
its probable that I could stick with it and it will ease in a few days but I can’t function- also I really hate feeling sick.
but hopefully others will have had a better experience.

ill go back and finish my 1.5 weeks worth, then if no suppression or still craving sugar, im giving up! I feel quite disappointed 😔

FloatOn · 02/08/2026 10:28

@Twoshoesnewshoes the first week I lost 3lbs but I assume it was water weight because then in plateaued for a week, then the following week it was another 3lbs, I'm happy enough with that.
I've got paranoid about hair loss, so don't want to drop a mountain of weight too quick!

Hope your nausea passes soon, that was another concern!

Nausea is my biggest concern. I've experienced a little on the 1.5mg but that was more than enough for me. Luckily, I start the 1.4mg next Saturday so have the weekend to see how it goes. Next to no appetite suppression on the current dose so hoping for better results once I move up. Will likely not continue if there is little improvement.

Roundisashape · 02/08/2026 12:54

I got my 4mg yesterday so took the first one this morning. Like @StickyPits I am going on holiday next weekend. I decided to just bring it forward to allow me to acclimatise so to speak, as I did not want to feel sick on hols. I had done 26 consecutive days of 1.5 and felt nothing. First 4mg today and I've felt fine. Slightly nauseous for 5 mins after taking it but that's been the story of my journey.
I've still managed to consume a load of chocolate covered crispy things, so it's safe to say I am still awaiting an effect 🤣

StickyPits · 02/08/2026 12:56

Thanks for that @Roundisashape I might start on the 4mg tomorrow to give me a couple of days to settle before I go away

Fishhooksandjellybabies · 03/08/2026 07:45

Morning everyone at the end of week 3 I am static at a 4lbs loss, I have no symptoms, am feeling no suppression and eating small healthy meals using willpower. I'm a bit disappointed given that I am 3 stone overweight so have a lot to lose. I'm not inclined to snack though like I would have done before so that's the only difference. I will be going up to 4mgs for certain at the end of this week and will see how that goes.

@Fishhooksandjellybabies very much the same for me with 2 stone to lose.
Just really torn with spending £100 to stay on 1.5mg ...
Pros - I dont get horrible side effects at all
Cons - Weight loss will either be very slow and I'll have to have so much will power or, I've plateaued on this dose and it will be a waste of money and I won't be able to order again for a month.

The alternative is to pay £120 for 4mg and risk possible side effects but hopefully kick start the weightloss.

Twoshoesnewshoes · 03/08/2026 10:11

Having not taken for two days, I’m noticing that the intense fatigue is easing a bit.
i’d put it down to a virus I had a couple of weeks ago, and was wondering why it wasn’t shifting.
i think it might be the wegovy- has anyone else had it?

Fishhooksandjellybabies · 03/08/2026 10:26

@user1468915974 my issue is that I'm pretty sure I could have lost 4lbs in 3 weeks by normal calorie control methods and from a financial point of view would like a bit more value for money although I know I'm being unreasonable as this is just a primer dose. I'll be interested to see what happens on 4mgs.

I have been really fatigued recently but we have had a lot of old people crisis to deal with recently, broken sleep and little rest so I put it down to that. After reading when you have posted I’m beginning to panic. I need my vitality back and if it’s the pills I’m going to have to decide between losing weight or energy. 😩

Twoshoesnewshoes · 03/08/2026 13:34

@StickyPits it might well not be the wegovy, also it is supposed to ease off after a while.
but I’ve been exhausted!
